Research On The Performance Evaluation System Of Green Governance In Paper-Making Enterprises

As a traditional manufacturing industry in China,the paper-making enterprises have attracted much attention due to their high energy consumption and high pollution.How to control the pollution and the relationship between environmental performance and economic performance has become a very important issue.Through the research,it is found that only according to the external policy conditions and the resources of the enterprise itself,can the paper-making enterprises make reasonable environmental management behavior,so as to make the coordinated development of economic performance,environmental performance and social performance.This paper uses the literature research method to collect and sort out the related literature of enterprise performance evaluation and green governance.Then,drawing on the achievements of the performance evaluation research of contemporary paper-making enterprises,combining with the relevant theories of system environmental performance and green governance,and emphasizing the practicability,the paper puts forward the four performances of paper-making enterprises based on economy,society,ecology and governance,and constructs the performance evaluation system of Green Governance of paper-making enterprises.Using AHP,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and case analysis,Y company is taken as the specific research object to verify the practicality of the performance evaluation index system.After that,according to the application of performance evaluation of Y company,the corresponding analysis is carried out and the optimization solution is put forward for Y company,which provides a scientific reference for the sustainable and coordinated development of paper-making enterprises.In order to keep up with the times and develop scientifically,paper-making enterprises should meet the requirements of Green Governance background,pay attention to the assessment of Green Governance of paper-making enterprises,so as to realize and promote the healthy,sustainable and coordinated development of paper-making enterprises.
