The purpose of this paper is to summarize and analyze the current distribution of persistent organic pollutants in the Yangtze River Basin,to explore the differences and regularity of the distribution of persistent organic pollutants in different environmental media and different regions, and to evaluate the impact of persistent organic pollutants on the health of urban population,so as to provide reference for further control of pollution and maintenance of people’s health.Summarize the relevant literature on the literature retrieval platform, summarize and summarize, further evaluate the environmental and health risks based on the sampling and testing data, propose the distribution rule of Typical POPs,and calculate the relevant risk value for evaluation.Based on the three retrieval platforms of How Net,Wanfang and web of science, the Typical POPs and the main and tributaries of the Yangtze River Basin were searched, and the literature management software endnote was used for screening and sorting, and excel was used for data summary. On the one hand, the bibliometric analysis of the retrieval literature is carried out to analyze the distribution of Typical POPs in the river basin;on the other hand,The environmental health risk assessment model is selected to assess the environmental health risk of POPs in the surface water of the basin.Research conclusion:(1)bibliometric analysis shows that in recent years, the number of studies on persistent organic pollutants in the river basin has increased year by year.Among all kinds of persistent organic pollutants,PAHs > OCPs > PCBs in the number of studies.(2)The concentration of Typical POPs in the Yangtze River water in cities or regions along the Yangtze River generally follows the following rules: the concentration in the downstream is higher than that in the upstream, the concentration in lakes is higher than that in the mainstream, and the concentration in urban areas is higher than that in other regions. The influencing factors include urban heating, people’s life, industrial activities, river mouth barrier and branch and trunk flow confluence.(3)Conclusion of environmental risk assessment: there is a positive correlation between the concentration distribution of Typical POPs and the environmental risk law.The ecological risk value of Lake area is higher than that of main stream area, and the ecological risk value of Wuhan in each urban area is higher than that of other cities.(4)Conclusion of health risk assessment: the study shows that the risk value of PAHs gradually increases with the flow of the Yangtze River. The highest health risk value of pollutants is the Yangtze River Estuary, and the risk of carcinogenesis is far higher than that of non carcinogenesis. The risk value of all kinds of persistent organic pollutants is PAHs > OCPs > PCBs.
