With the acceleration of urbanization process in China,construction and demolition waste(CDW)generated by various construction activities is also increasing.Improper treatment of CDW will not only cause environmental pollution,but also a waste of resources.Based on this,how to deal with the CDW reasonably to reduce the pollution of the construction and demolition waste to the environment and how to save the natural resources has become one of the hot issues concerned by scholars.According to the experience of developed countries,CDW recycling is considered to be one of the most effective waste disposal methods.However,the related policies and treatment measures of China are still incomplete,the resource utilization rate of CDW is relatively low.It is found that a reasonable infrastructure network layout is the premises and keys to improve the resource utilization rate of CDW.However,the CDW is full of uncertainty in the recycling process,which makes effective CDW recycling more difficult.Therefore,it is significant to study the location of facilities in the process of CDW recycling in an uncertain environment.This paper mainly studies the location decision of CDW waste treatment plants.Due to the particularity of CDW recycling,the recycling process of CDW is full of uncertainty.The change of the construction site address over time will inevitably lead to the uncertainty of the supply quantity of CDW and the demand quantity of recycled products in the area.These uncertain factors have a relatively important influence on the location of CDW recycling enterprises.Therefore,based on the research status of CDW management in Chongqing,considering the supply uncertainty of CDW and the demand uncertainty of recycled products,this paper respectively establishes the location model of CDW treatment facilities in a certain environment and the robust optimization location model of CDW treatment facilities s in an uncertain environment,so as to optimize the location method of CDW treatment facilities.Finally,the immune algorithm is used to solve the optimal location scheme of the main urban area of Chongqing under certain and uncertain environment,which verifies the effectiveness of the model.In order to study the impact of the CDW supply uncertainty and the renewable products demand uncertainty on the location decision of CDW treatment facilities,sensitivity analysis is performed by changing the value of the uncertainty parameter in the robust model..The results show that the supply uncertainty of CDW and the demand uncertainty of recycled products will affect the location decision scheme of CDW treatment facilities and the total system costs.The total system costs increase with the increase of uncertainty level,and the higher the uncertainty level,the greater the impact.In addition,the change of the disturbance rate of the uncertain parameters will also affect the location decision scheme of CDW treatment facilities and the total system cost.
