in the mountainous urban fringe are more and more obvious due to the multiple interwoven influences of natural society,protection and development,which has restricted the healthy and healthy evolution of the riparian zone and the output of ecological service functions.In the new era of ecological civilization construction and land spatial planning,how to realize the strictest protection and the most efficient use of associated land for riparian spatial ecological elements,give full play to the edge effect of urban and rural areas,improve the defense ability of ecological integrity,and at the same time dig deep-seated environmental value-added,green economy and social service benefits are the values of urban and rural ecological planning An important part to pay attention to.In this ecological process.This paper summarizes the characteristics of mountain city construction and river system,distinguishes the characteristics,development status and planning demands of riparian zone,determines the cascade relationship between the natural ecosystem of riparian zone in the marginal zone and the needs of human society,further selects the matching ecosystem service value
