The development of a city and the quality of its citizens’ living can be largely reflected in the city’s environmental conditions.The problem of garbage in urban water area is becoming more and more serious in China,and the environment with public attributes is mainly dominated by the government.Therefore,the main body responsible for the prevention and control of water wastes is the local municipal governments.In China,the research on the treatment of urban water environment garbage is constantly researched.In the era of big data born of today’s Internet,computer technology and data analysis technology have shown high frequency improvement.Advanced mainstream science and technology theory applications have been applied in urban environmental management.Among them is the inevitable trend towards ecological security.Artificial intelligence can provide a fundamental platform for result prediction and process decision-making based on more intelligent basic equipment,and truly realize the shared use of data output in reducing cost investment and optimizing analysis tool input.In addition,big data and artificial intelligence play a huge assisting technology support function,alleviating the pressure of environmental monitoring and governance,playing a key role in the development of urban society,and bringing brand-new reforms to the government’s environmental management model.Deep learning,as a technology of artificial intelligence,is a product of the application of the era of big data analysis.Compared with two commonly used quantitative analysis methods,data warehouse and data mining,deep learning has more accurate and intelligent plasticity.In this paper,the government environmental management problems as the guidance,under the background of big data analysis,combined with deep learning and other intelligent technical methods,it provides new ideas and methods for the information detection and management mechanism of surface garbage.It proposes an intelligent information detection algorithm of urban water area garbage by combining Faster RCNN and Res Net101 network,and according to the actual business needs,a construction framework of interconnected and unified water wastes intelligent management mode is envisaged.The machine vision model established mainly implements self-detection of the garbage area of the input picture,and classifies the marked garbage.After experiments,the accuracy of the model is as high as 94%,which demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of artificial intelligence as a technical support for the environmental field.And according to the proposed intelligent management mechanism,it is hoped that by deploying intelligent detection and analysis systems,monitoring systems and alarm systems based on mature algorithms in the management platform to achieve collaborative management,precise management and smart management,the water wastes management and control will be greatly improved efficiency goals and government environmental management capabilities.
