In recent years,with the replacement of materials,various properties of cement-based grouting materials have also been greatly improved.The improved cement-based grout on the market today has many excellent properties such as early strength,high strength,non-shrinkage,micro-expansion,etc.,and is widely used in various fields in engineering..Therefore,how to estimate the compressive strength of the cement-based grouting material in a practical project has become a common concern of all parties in the engineering field.At the same time,in order to better promote the use of cement-based grouting materials in engineering,this article explores the rebound method,ultrasonic rebound comprehensive method,first installation and extraction through the combination of test and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)Method,post-installation pull-out method and core drilling method are used to detect the compressive strength of cement-based grouting materials.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Cement-based grouting test specimens with five strength grades of A60,A70,A80,A90,and A100 were produced through experiments,using rebound method,ultrasonic rebound comprehensive method,first loading and pulling method,and then loading and pulling Five methods of out-put method and core-drilling method to detect the compressive strength of cement-based grouting material;(2)Analyze the relationship between the test value and the compressive strength of the cube test block using relevant mathematical methods,fit the relevant curve,and obtain the strength measurement formula for each test method;(3)Combining the theory of compressive strength of cement-based grouting material in actual engineering through actual field test and combining with the reality,the compressive strength of grouting material in actual engineering is estimated by the strength measurement formula obtained from the test Compare the compressive strength to verify the accuracy of the strength measurement formula;(4)Select the analytic hierarchy process of engineering management analysis method,establish a comprehensive evaluation model,and use the entropy weight method to distribute the weight of the model,compare and select five detection methods,consider various factors comprehensively,and select the compressive strength of cement-based grouting material method;This article systematically explores the on-site detection method for the compressive strength of cement-based grouting materials,proposes five detection methods to estimate the strength measurement formula for the compressive strength of the material,considers the effects of various factors from the perspective of project management,and comprehensively selects on-site detection The method of its compressive strength provides a solid theoretical basis and reference basis for the actual project on-site detection of the grouting material compressive strength and the compilation of on-site compressive strength specification standards.
