The Research On The Influence Of The Concentration Of Innovation Factors In The Yangtze River Economic Belt On The Development Of Green Economy

At present,China has entered a new normal of economic development,which is characterized by slow growth,structural optimization and quality pursuit.The Yangtze River economic belt is a new engine of China’s economic development,which has a strong radiation driving effect on the surrounding areas.The government pointed out that it should be built into a national green economic demonstration belt with great influence.Scientific and technological innovation is the main driving force to promote the development of green economy.The concentration of innovative elements can effectively promote scientific and technological innovation and have an impact on the development of green economy.In this context,it is of great practical significance to explore the impact of innovation factor agglomeration on the development of green economy in the Yangtze River economic belt.Based on the theory of agglomeration of new economic geography,new economic growth and core edge,this paper systematically analyzes the mechanism of agglomeration of innovation factors on green economic development from five aspects:spillover effect of knowledge technology,input-output effect,resource allocation effect,human capital effect and crowding effect,and analyzes the agglomeration degree of innovation factors and green economic development level of the Yangtze River economic belt Carry out measurement.This paper constructs a spatial dubin model to test the impact of innovation factor agglomeration on the development of green economy.The empirical results show that there is a strong spatial correlation between innovation factor agglomeration and the development level of green economy in the Yangtze River economic belt.Innovation factor aggregation has a certain impact on the development of green economy,with strong spillover effect and spatial heterogeneity.From the perspective of the whole region,R&D fund agglomeration has a slight hindrance to the development of local green economy,but its technology spillover and other effects will promote the development of green economy in neighboring areas;R&D talent gathering effectively promotes the development of green economy in the whole region,and the spillover effect is greater than the direct effect.The intensity of innovation factors can promote the development of local green economy,but the spillover effect is negative because of the limitation of technological invention flow such as patent and the competition effect of factors.In this paper,when the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt return respectively,it is found that there is spatial heterogeneity in the impact of innovation factor agglomeration on the development of green economy,while the lower intensity of R&D funds agglomeration and innovation factor agglomeration in the upper reaches has limited impact on the development of regional green economy.In order to promote the development of green economy,each region of the Yangtze River economic belt needs to increase the input of innovation elements,improve the level and intensity of innovation elements,strengthen regional cooperation,guide the rational flow of innovation elements,and then reduce the regional differences in the concentration of innovation elements and the development level of green economy.
