| River pollution status is generally described by chemical water quality or biological indicators.There is currently no easy-to-use indicator that can be quantitatively described from both chemical and biological perspectives.The self-purification ability of rivers is a general term.There is no quantitative description method.Under the conditions of implementing Class A emission standards,sewage treatment plants have low pollutant concentration and poor biodegradability.Good results,but difficult to establish links with biological processes.From the perspective of the physiological state of river microbes,it is rarely studied to analyze the self-purification ability of rivers.Respiratory mapping technology is expected to solve this problem,but it also needs to overcome microbial correlation under oligotrophic conditions.Difficulties in the stability and reproducibility of mutual breathing process testing.This study analyzes the organic pollutants and microbial respiration characteristics of natural water bodies,sewage rivers and sewage treatment plants in the Weihe Basin,and establishes a comprehensive evaluation method for river water quality improvement by strengthening the synergy between sewage treatment plants and river self-purification functions.Strengthen technical measures.The main research results are as follows:(1)According to the method of region division of three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum,the peaking method is used to analyze the fluorescence intensity,peak position and peak area of each peak of the sample,and the current situation of water pollution in the river section can be obtained.The fluorescence intensity and peak area of the water with less organic pollution are smaller,and the high degree of pollution can be captured from the fluorescence intensity and peak area of the spectrum.(2)UV254,DOC,COD and T peak can be used to determine the degree of organic pollution in rivers.There is a strong positive correlation between the three,but there are differences in the types of substances involved.The T-peak of the mainstream of the Weihe River showed a trend of rising first and then falling,which was most affected by Xi’an.The degree of organic pollution in each river in Xi’an is ranked from high to low: ZH>TP>BH>WH>JH,which is related to the degree of human activities around.The effluent from the flood season and the sewage treatment plant plays a role in diluting the concentration of pollutants on the river.(3)The fluorescence intensity of protein-like proteins in river water samples(T-peak and D-peak)is generally higher than the working day on holidays,which indicates that Xi’an’s future sewage treatment requires decentralized sewage treatment.The refractory organic matter(A peak and C peak)of the river is higher than the holiday on the working day,which indicates that the depth of the industrial enterprise wastewater treatment is insufficient or the system pipeline of the industrial wastewater entering the sewage treatment plant is not perfect.(4)The change of COD value of sewage treatment plant for 24 hours is basically consistent with the trend of residents’ activity intensity,indicating that the sewage pipeline entering the sewage treatment plant in residential areas is relatively perfect.The holiday COD value is greater than the working day,indicating that the sewage treatment plant has insufficient sewage treatment capacity during the holiday,or there is a problem that the sewage plant process is not perfect and the maintenance is not in place.(5)By comparing and analyzing the differences in water temperature,turbidity and spectral data between Zaohe and Weihe River before and after heavy rain,the reasons for the long-term pollution of Zaohe River are clarified.First,the water temperature is low,second,the flow rate is too fast,and third,the flow rate is over.small.Soap River should adopt ecological measures such as ecological slope protection and introduction of external water sources to restore the function of the Sooch River ecosystem.(6)Using the microbial on-site respiratory ratio Rs/t=0.3 and the endogenous respiration ratio Re/t=0.16 as the critical value,combined with the fluorescence T peak,it is the three types of water body sections of natural water,sewage river and sewage treatment plant.The determination of the degree of organic pollution and the determination of selfpurification capacity provides a basis for the division,and at the same time,it proposes intensified technical measures for the improvement of river water quality. |
