| The perception of food taste is the interaction of multiple perceptions on the formation of the brain.The most direct and fundamental perception comes from the perception of the smell and taste of food,but it is not limited to this.From the perspective of food,the perception of food taste is affected by the visual perception of food.In addition,from the perspective of factors outside the food,the visual,auditory,olfactory and tactile sense of the food and the environment can affect the taste perception of food.The design thinking of integrated food and food-related products and environment is a new direction for cross-domain research in food design.Healthy light food is a healthy eating trend in the current social context.The continuous expansion of the healthy light food population has gradually increased the dietary needs of the target population.The main research content of this paper is to analyze the production conditions and application principles of sensory shift phenomenon,and propose the design process of sensory shift application in design,aiming at the sweetness compensation demand of healthy light food people in the diet process,and establishing food device perception and sweetness.Degree-aware connection and food design.The research ideas in this paper are mainly divided into the following steps: Firstly,the eating habits of healthy light food people are analyzed,and the sweetness perception compensation demand in the process of eating sweet food for healthy light food people is proposed.It is proposed to introduce the sensory shift into the design of the food device for sweetness perception compensation design;the second step is to conduct theoretical research on sensory shift,summarize the conditions and application principles of sensory shift from different fields and cases,and propose the application of sensory shift in design.The design process in the third step is to apply the sensory movement in the design process,analyze the “native” and“sense” elements in the design of the food,establish the connection between the two,and verify and further study through experiments.To determine the effect of different sensing elements of the food on the perception of sweetness;the fourth step is to perform sweetness perception compensation for the design of the food for a specific food.The purpose of this paper is to study the process of applying the sensory movement and the application principle,and to propose the application process in the design,to meet the sweetness compensation demand of the healthy light food population,establish the relationship between thefood device and the sweetness perception,and design the output.The food utensils suitable for the healthy light food crowd,on the one hand,enrich the theoretical research on the feeling of shifting in the design.In the field of literature,packaging and other fields,the design flow method is proposed in the product design;on the other hand,the feeling is moved by The research in the design of the food device,the output is suitable for the food utensils of the healthy light food population,to compensate the sweetness perception demand of the population,and is also an application value for promoting the low sugar diet habit of the population. |
