| In recent years,with the large-scale development and utilization of urban underground space in my country,in the construction process of underground pipe corridors,slurry shield tunnels,etc.,a large amount of waste mud from high water content projects will inevitably be produced.The traditional method of disposal for foreign transportation not only takes up a lot of land resources and causes environmental pollution,but also wastes resources.Therefore,studying economical and environmentally friendly waste mud disposal technology not only has important theoretical value,but is also very important to realize its resource utilization.In this paper,fiber reinforcement combined with solidification treatment technology is used to treat waste mud,and a series of laboratory experiments are carried out on solidified engineering waste slurry.Based on the test results,the influence law and mechanism of fiber reinforcement on the fluidity,viscosity and strength characteristics of solidified high water content engineering waste slurry are analyzed.The main research contents are as follows:1.Carry out fluidity test and viscosity test of solidified engineering waste pulp under different fiber content and length,study the influence of fiber addition on the fluidity and viscosity of solidified engineering waste pulp,and clarify that under different fiber lengths,fiber The influence of dosage on the fluidity of solidification engineering waste slurry,and the variation of the viscosity coefficient of solidification engineering waste slurry with fiber content was discussed.2.A series of unconfined compression tests were carried out for the waste slurry of fiber reinforced solidification engineering with different curing age,different initial moisture content and different fiber content and length,and analyzed different initial moisture content of mud and cement content.Below,the unconfined compressive strength and destructive properties of the solidified mud vary with fiber content and length.The similarities and differences of the microstructure of solidified engineering waste pulp under different fiber lengths were compared,and the mechanism of the influence of fiber reinforcement on its strength properties and damage properties was revealed.3.Through compression test and penetration test,the influence of fiber reinforcement on the compression and permeability characteristics of solidified engineering waste slurry was analyzed,and it was found that the larger the fiber content and length,the stronger the solidified slurry’s resistance to compression deformation.Figure 49 table 8 reference 60... |
