| In recent years,river ecosystems have been seriously degraded and water pollution problems have increased.How to repair river ecology cheaply and effectively has become a hot spot at home and abroad.At present,river ecological restoration technology mainly includes physical restoration technology,chemical restoration technology and bioremediation technology.Among them,bioremediation technology has attracted people’s attention because of its low investment,small environmental impact,and its ability to minimize water pollutants.Plants have become an important part of river bioremediation because of their advantages in inhibiting the growth and development of algae,purifying water quality,and gradually improving the ecological environment of the river basin.Studying the growth characteristics of submerged plants and their water purification effects can provide technical support for the selection and application of submerged plants in river ecological restoration projects.To this end,this study took the typical submerged plants of the Taizi River,Potamogeton crispus,hornwort,and small seaweed as the research objects,and carried out the research on the growth characteristics of the typical submerged plants in the Taizi River and their water purification effects through field experiments and laboratory simulations.,Has a certain practical significance.The following results have been achieved:Studies on the growth characteristics of submerged plants show that:(1)Among the three submerged plants,Potamogeton crispus and Ceratophyllum are more tolerant to changes in water depth gradients than those of Pseudomonas japonica.Among them,E.chinensis has a better tolerance to the effects of water depth in a short experimental period(30 d),but the impact of long-term deep water environment will make E.chinensis gradually decay;while during the experiment period(60 d))The root vitality(fibrous roots)of Ceratophyllum algae at a water depth of 3m is greatly reduced,and the leaves turn yellow faster than other water depth gradients.(2)Comprehensive plant biomass changes,chlorophyll a content,root activity and other monitoring indicators,as well as plant survival,it can be seen that the growth of Potamogeton crispus during the experiment was the best,while the growth of Ceratophyllum is better than that of small eyes Potamogeton crispus,the growth characteristics of Potamogeton crispus showed an overall increasing trend,while Ceratophyllum macrocarpa and P.vulgaris showed an overall trend of first increasing and then decreasing,indicating that Potamogeton crispus can grow normally under lower water temperature conditions,while Ceratophyllum The small eyeshadow will be affected by the stress of low temperature.Polluted water purification simulation experiments show that:(1)Among the three submerged plants,Ceratophyllum vulgare has the highest removal efficiency of TN and ammonia nitrogen,while Potamogeton crispus has higher removal efficiency of TP and COD than Ceratophyllum and small eyedrops..Among all the experimental groups,the combination of Ceratophyllum vulgare+ artificial aquatic plants had the highest removal efficiency of total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen,the combination of Potamogeton crispus+artificial aquatic plants had the highest removal efficiency of total phosphorus,and the Potamogeton crispus group had the highest removal efficiency of COD.(2)The combination of homwort+artificial aquatic plants has the fastest reduction rate of COD,Potamogeton crispus+artificial aquatic plants has the fastest rate of reduction of TP,and hornwort algae has the fastest rate of reduction of TN and ammonia nitrogen. |
