| Microwave and ultrasound are widely used in the control of crystallization processes.Most of the research focuses on the strengthening of crystal nucleation and growth in crystallization process.Little research has been done on the mechanism of the crystallization process of the above two external physical fields.Through the mathematical model and the particle size analysis of the crystal products,the influence of the energy input of the external physical fields on the different stages of the crystallization processes are worth studying in depth.This thesis studied the influence mechanism of microwave on the crystallization process of Na2SO4-BaCl2 system,and discussed the influence mechanism of microwave on the crystallization kinetic parameters at different temperatures to determine the optimal temperature range of the microwave to crystallization process.This study may guide the application of the microwave to the R&D of the control technology of industrial crystallization process and to optimization of the crystallization temperature and input energy.The influence of microwave on the crystal kinetickinetickinetic parameters at different temperatures is verified by this study.By comparing the influence of the same microwave input energy on the crystal kinetic parameters at different temperatures.The effects of temperature on the nucleation,growth,agglomeration and breakage of microwave were compared.This thesis also studied the mechanism of the influence of ultrasound on the crystallization process of the Na2SO4-CaCl2 system,and quantitatively studied the effect of ultrasound on crystallization Kinetics at 25℃.The study showed that under the influence of ultrasound,the increase rate of nucleation is more significant than the increase rate of growth,resulting in the reduction of crystal size.Under the condition of higher saturation,the increase effect of ultrasound on nucleation rate is more significant,so the particle size is reduced at higher saturation.The influence mechanism of ultrasound on the crystallization kinetic parameters at different temperatures is discussed to determine the optimal temperature range of the ultrasound to guide to optimize the temperature and input energy during sono-crystallization process.By comparing the influence of the same ultrasonic input energy on the crystallization kinetic parameters at different temperatures.The effects of temperature on the process of nucleation,growth,agglomeration and breakage were compared. |
