Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous advancement of science and technology, the continuous research and development of the aircraft automated pilot system, the aircraft pilot system has become more advanced and reliable.Safety accidents caused by aircraft performance are becoming less and less, and human factors have become the key influencing factors. As a result, researchers have begun to explore ways to improve human reliability in order to improve flight safety.Impulsivity is an important dimension of pilots’safety attitude.Excessive impulsivity may lead pilots to make impulsive decisions when facing emergency situations in flight missions. Therefore,it is crucial to accurately evaluate the level of pilot’s impulsivity in the field of flight safety. This paper plans to design a set of pilot’s impulsivity evaluation experiment to evaluate the level of pilot’s impulsivity.First of all,in order to eliminate the impact of individual differences on the later experimental results, this study designed a general mission experiment to measure the response time baseline of each pilot in general circumstances. Then, the traditional Go/No-go task was used to measure the pilot’s impulsivity. The experimental results showed that the difference of reaction time in the experiment was caused by the individual behavior differences of the subjects, while the error rate data was not significantly different among the subjects. Therefore, the traditional Go/No-go experiment is not suitable for measuring the impulsivity of pilots. Therefore,we combined the subliminal stimulus with the traditional Go/No-go task to design a set of impulsivity evaluation experiment for pilots. The results showed that the RT-slowing index, which reflected the pilot’s impulsivity, was highly correlated with the results of the pilot’s impulsivity rating table(P=0.000,r=-0.988),and the experimental scheme could better measure the pilot’s impulsivity. Then,we performed modeling analysis on the obtained data.Taking the evaluation result as the dependent variable, and the evaluation data of pilot impulsivity RT-slowing index and accuracy rate as the independent variable, the linear regression model was constructed by using the stepwise regression method. Finally, the linear regression equation was obtained as follows:Y=12.558-0.412x1(x1 is RT-slowing).According to the modeling results, there is no significant correlation between accuracy and impulsivity(P=0.324),and there is a significant linear relationship between RT-slowing and impulsivity(P=0.000).The lower the RT-slowing index, the weaker the response inhibition ability and the stronger the impulsivity of the subjects. Finally, experimental measurements were carried out on the flight students.According to the collected data, the scoring criteria of pilot impulsivity were developed as follows:RT-slowing ranges from 6.31 to 10.40ms,indicating high impulsivity; In the range of 10.40~14.48ms,it is medium-high;in the range of 14.48~18.57ms,it is medium;in the range of 18.57~22.66ms,it is medium-low;in the range of 22.66-26.75ms,it is low.In this study, the impulsivity of pilots was evaluated by the subthreshold stimulation experiment, and the evaluation method was selected as the calibration standard.Through the study,it is found that the designed subthreshold stimulus experiment can well measure the impulsivity of pilots, and according to the collected relevant data, the impulsivity scoring standard of pilots is formulated. It provides some reliable basis for pilot selection and training.
