With the successful test flight of my country’s domestically-produced large aircraft,it marks the era of large aircraft in our aviation industry.In the field of civil aviation,civil transport aircraft is different from military aircraft.What people value most is whether the civil transport aircraft can ensure the flight safety of the aircraft during operation.Airlines want to ensure the safety of the aircraft while ensuring maximum economic efficiency.,Minimum Equipment List(MEL,Minimum Equipment List)is an important document to ensure that the safety and economy of the aircraft reach an acceptable balance during the actual operation of the aircraft.This research mainly focuses on the user requirements of the Preliminary Master Minimum Equipment List(PMMEL),and studies the method of implementing PMMEL requirements,and designs and develops the PMMEL user requirements prototype system based on this.PMMEL’s user needs mainly consider three aspects,namely,the requirements of the Civil Aviation Administration’s airworthiness regulations;the historical use of MEL by airlines;and the comparison of similar models.In response to the aforementioned requirements for formulating a PMMEL manual to meet user needs,the main content of this article includes: the interpretation of the main minimum equipment list by the major regional aviation administrations(CAAC,FAA,EASA,ICAO),and recommendations for subsequent research on PMMEL options The inventory and PMMEL user demand analysis prototype system provide a legal basis;analyze the historical MEL usage data of the investigated airlines,and draw the key concerns of the airlines in the actual use of the MEL manual,and establish a PMMEL user demand analysis prototype system for the follow-up MEL history uses the data module as the basis;take the system with a high historical use frequency of the airline MEL project as an example to study the similarity comparison algorithm of aircraft systems,and provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up research on the similarity algorithm and the establishment of a similar model database in Chapter 5;Based on the research results of the above-mentioned MEL historical usage data and the similarity algorithm research of aircraft systems,a set of PMMEL user demand analysis prototype system with inheritance,system and generality is established.This paper proposes PMMEL user requirements and a method to implement requirements.This method includes the study of regulations;the study of historical use of MEL;and a similarity algorithm for aircraft systems based on Euclidean distance is proposed.Finally,a PMMEL user demand prototype system was developed based on the PMMEL implementation requirements method,which provided technical support for the subsequent formulation and compilation of the PMMEL of the domestic civil aircraft model.
