| Dyes are substances firmly bonded to the surface of fibers or other substances to give them a specific color.Dye-contaminated wastewater can be produced in the process of dye production and textile manufacturing, and most of them are highly toxic to aquatic organisms and mutagenic to humans. In this study, graphene oxide(GO)was synthesized according to the Marcano method, graphite powder was oxidized by potassium permanganate in the sulfuric acid/phosphoric acid mixed acid system to generate graphene oxide.Dicarboxyl acid cellulose(DCC)was prepared by the microcrystalline cellulose of selective oxidation of sodium periodate and successive chlorite oxidation of chlorite.Epichlorohydrin as graft monomer,GO was modified by DCC to prepare modified graphene oxide(mGO).Then, modified graphene oxide/polyaniline composite(mGO-PANI)was prepared by in-situ chemical oxidation polymerization method. For comparison, graphene oxide/polyaniline composite(GO-PANI)was prepared under the same conditions. The mid products and final products of the experiment were measured by FTIR,XRD,SEM,BET,zeta potential and UV-vis DRS and other methods. The results showed that the preparation of the composite was successful. In the adsorption experiments of mGO-PANI and GO-PANI on reactive brilliant red K-2G dye,the effects of contact time, initial dye concentration, and adsorbent dosage on the dye removal were explored respectively. The results indicats the adsorption performance of mGO-PANI was superior to GO-PANI.In the adsorption and photocatalytic removal experiments of mGO-PANI on reactive brilliant red K-2G dye,the effects of temperature, initial dye concentration,p H value and adsorbent dosage on the adsorption process were explored respectively. The results showed that mGO-PANI is an adsorbent with excellent performance for the removal of reactive brilliant red K-2G dye,and it can reach equilibrium in 25 minutes under optimal conditions. The removal amount in a single adsorption process is about 447.0 mg·g-1,and the total removal amount after the completion of the photocatalytic process is 729mg·g-1;in the simultaneous adsorption-photocatalysis process, the removal amount at equilibrium is about 733.3 mg·g-1.The adsorption process of mGO-PANI conformed better to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Freundlich isotherm model, and the adsorption process was an endothermic reaction. In this paper, dicarboxylic acid cellulose was used to modify graphene oxide to synthesize 3-D biopolymer based adsorption-photocatalysis composite(mGO-PANI)and applied to dye removal, which is a supplement of metal photocatalyst and provide better performance, and also provides a novel approach to the treatment of dye wastewater. |
