| Quality is a comprehensive concept,which pursues the best combination of performance,cost,delivery time and service.In order to achieve the best combination of these factors,we need to strictly control the production process of products,so as to improve the performance of products,reduce costs,ensure delivery time and improve service quality.Therefore,for enterprises,product quality control has a long-term significance for its future development.In view of the unstable quality of tetrabutylammonium bromide produced by Jiangxi K company,the first inspection qualification rate is low and the rework rate reaches 30%,which results in more than 1000 yuan higher production cost than that of Zhejiang K company.This paper uses case study method to optimize the production process of TBM from three aspects:Management system,process control and production process.In terms of management system,the relevant systems such as production department,material management department,administrative safety and environmental department,quality assurance inspection department and other relevant systems are diagnosed and improved.In the aspect of process control,the quality control is sorted out from the aspects of personnel,equipment,materials,methods and environment,and the production process is strictly controlled.In terms of production technology,the production process of tbbr products is diagnosed and analyzed by Minitab software.The factors affecting the quality of tbbr products are found.By eliminating or controlling the influencing factors in the appropriate range,and optimizing the key parameters,the problems of unstable product quality and high color number of products of Jiangxi K company are solved.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The research found that K company management system is not perfect,through the use of lean management ideas to improve the enterprise management system,improve the efficiency of quality control.(2)Through correlation analysis,it is found that the weight of bromobutane during feeding,the weight of tri-n-butylamine during feeding,and the weight of acetonitrile during crystallization are factors that may affect the quality of tetrabutylammonium bromide products.The initial reflux temperature and the first decompression temperature,The second decompression time is the main factor that affects the quality of tetrabutylammonium bromide products.(3)For the main factors affecting the quality of the product,the orthogonal design experiment found that the optimal combination of process parameters was 76℃,the second decompression time was 90 min,the first pressure reduction temperature was 100℃. |
