The South-to-North Water Diversion Project is a grand and strategically significant project built to solve the problem of uneven distribution of water resources in my country.Among them,the South-to-North Water Diversion Project has a total length of 1432km,a long span and a long water delivery distance.The factors affecting the water quality of the water body are complex and diverse;to ensure the safety of drinking water in the water-receiving areas,the water quality requirements of the South-to-North Water Diversion are relatively high.A comprehensive understanding of the current status and changing trends of water quality is an important guarantee for the stable operation of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project in Hebei District and the response to risks.The middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project uses open channels(partially pipelines and culverts)for water delivery.The main canal has long water delivery lines and shallow water depths.A large amount of pollutants deposited along the way are input.In addition,the rise of water temperature in summer,the increase of algae,and the increase of pH value cause downstream water The water quality of the water taken by the plant has changed significantly compared with the water quality of the water source.In response to the current high algae and high alkalinity problems in the water bodies of the middle route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project,we will carry out relevant research work on the assessment and prediction of main canal water quality,the status quo of water quality of water plants,and the countermeasures of main canals and water plants.In this paper,the source water of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project(Hebei Section)is taken as the research object,and it is divided into two parts for research.The main canal part of the South-to-North Water Diversion mainly analyzes the growth and reproduction trend of algae,and the water plant part of the South-to-North Water Diversion highlights the harm caused by high algae and alkali.At the same time,the two parts put forward new methods for the treatment of high algae and high alkalinity problems in the main canal,tributaries and water plants,which brought reference significance.The research on the main canal part of the middle route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project is mainly to monitor the water quality of the main canals flowing through the 5 main urban areas.The research indicators include water temperature,pH.dissolved oxygen,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,algae,etc.,and the growth trend of algae is carried out by establishing a model Forecast;analyze the cause and relationship between algae and pH in the water quality of the main canal(Hebei section)of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project;analyze the harm caused by high algae and high alkali to the main canal;and discuss the combination of physical and biological methods to control algae and algae proliferation,Bringing new ideas for the treatment of algae in the main canal.The research of the South-to-North Water Diversion Plant is mainly to use the new technology of adding CO2 to reduce the pH value and enhance the coagulation effect.The dosage of the coagulant;and the data is obtained from the actual production operation of the two ways of adding carbon dioxide,and the best way of dosage is selected through data comparison.Through the development and application of new technologies,and the development and use of new equipment,the safety of the water quality of the factory water is guaranteed,and new ideas for other water plants to deal with the problem of high algae and high alkalinity.
