Study On Heterocyclic Methylation Of Dimethyl Sulfite Under Metal Free Conditions

Based on it act as important building blocks in bioactive molecules and drug molecules,methyl is important structural unit to synthesis complex molecular.Methyl sulfone fragments are an important type of structure,which are widely exists in natural products and medicinal chemistry,and are widely applied in the synthesis of medicine,dyes and pesticides.Therefore,this thesis focuses on methylation and sulfone methylation of heterocylic compounds.The main content of this dissertion includes three parts:(1)According to the difference of methyl source,the research progress of various methylation reactions in recent years is reviewed(2)Iodine-Promoted Ring-Opening Methylation of Benzothiazoles with dimethyl Sulfite,and N-phenylamide derivatives were synthesized.The method has easy handle,economical,and good tolerant properties.(3)A tandem reaction of N-propynyl amide with dimethyl sulfite for the synthesis of oxazoles has been developed.
