With the development of the national economy,the discharge of domestic sewage and industrial wastewater is increasing day by day,and the sewage treatment industry is facing huge challenges.As a key link in sewage treatment,anaerobic treatment has a significant impact on the overall sewage treatment effect.However,because anaerobic reactors are more sensitive to environmental factors,there are still some problems in the application of anaerobic reactors in actual projects.For example,the anaerobic reactor takes a long time to start up,and it is easily affected by fluctuations in water quality and quantity during operation,resulting in unstable anaerobic treatment effects.In order to speed up the rapid start-up of the anaerobic reactor and improve the stability of the reactor,this thesis independently developed a composite agent and studied the impact of the composite agent on the rapid start-up of the anaerobic reactor,as well as the impact of high load and water quality changes.Under the stability of the reactor,the effects of different components of the compound agent were further explored,and the results showed that:(1)The compound agent can speed up the start-up time of the anaerobic reactor.In this study,the start-up time for the anaerobic reactor to reach the design load of 23.7 kgCOD·(m3·d)-1 was shortened from 52d without compound agent to 40d,and the start-up time was accelerated by 12d.(2)During the entire start-up process,the indicators of the reactor where the compound agent is added are more conducive to the growth of anaerobic microorganisms,such as the VFA concentration and ORP are always lower than the reactor without the agent,and the pH fluctuation is small,etc.(3)The compound agent can promote the granulation of anaerobic sludge and improve the sedimentation performance of granular sludge.After 50 days of start-up and operation,both reactors with and without compound reagents successfully cultivated granular sludge,but the particle size and settling speed of granular sludge are different,such as the proportion of granular sludge with a particle size greater than 0.2mm They are 86%and 77.5%respectively,and the fastest settlement speeds are 125 m·h-1 and 105 m·h-1 respectively.(4)Under high load impact,the compound agent can improve the stability of the anaerobic reactor.On the basis of the design load of 23.7 kgCOD·(m3·d)-1,the load is increased to 35.5 kgCOD·(m3·d)-1 and 46 kgCOD·(m3·d)-1 to study the compound under high load impact The effect of the potion.It was found that under a load of 35.5 kgCOD·(m3·d)-1,the COD removal rate was suppressed to a certain extent in the reactor without compounding agent.When the load was further increased to 46 kgCOD·(m3·d)-1,the COD removal rate of the two reactors in the early stage was reduced to some extent,but after a period of operation,the COD removal rate of the dosing reactor began to recover gradually.The removal rate of COD in reactors without reagents continued to decrease.In addition,it shows that the stability of the reactor can be improved by adding the compound agent under the impact of high load.(5)When the water quality changes,the reactor where the compound agent is added still maintains high stability.(6)The compound agent can improve the anti-acidification capacity of the anaerobic reactor.For example,the compound agent can delay the acidification process of the anaerobic reactor and promote the recovery of the acidified anaerobic reactor.(7)The combination of the main components of the composite medicine,the combination of trace elements and the combination of natural substances,can improve the stability of the anaerobic reactor.
