Synthesis Of Gelator Of Amino Acid Derivatives And Construction Of Fluorescent Zn Metallohydrogel And Detection Of Zinc Ions | | Posted on:2022-03-11 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:H X Wang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2491306344989729 | Subject:Chemical Engineering | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | In daily life,hair gel,toothpaste,cosmetics and soft concealed glasses are common gels.Supramolecular gels are self-assembled by small molecules to form gels that bind the structure of solvent networks.This small molecule is called gelator.Because the addition of metal ions can bring spectral properties to hydrogels and expand hydrogel fluorescence sensing.Fluorescence metallohydrogel have gradually attracted the interest of researchers.At present,most gelators are poor solubility and its structure are complex,which is not conductive to the application of fluorescence metallohydrogel in biomedicine.Amino acid derivatives are considered to be one of the ideal gelator for the construction of fluorescence metallohydrogels due to their good biocompatibility and good degradability.In this thesis,gelators of amino acid derivatives are synthetized by amino acid and aldehydes,named 2-QF、3-QF、4-QF、6-QF、8-QF and NF,respectively.The 2-QF is synthesized from harmful quinoline-2-formaldehyde and L-phenylalanine.The synthesized gelator2-QF has good biocompatibility.The 2-QF gelator can self-assemble into different color hydrogels in a wide range p H=2~9.At p H=10~12,The coordination between 2-QF and Zn2+can form fluorescent metallohydrogels.The strong green fluorescence of zinc metallohydrogel can be observed by naked eye under 365nm UV lamp.It shows that the formation of fluorescent hydrogel is affected by the nuances of gelators in structure.Fluorescent metallohydrogel 2-QF-Zn has good thixotropy、p H responsiveness and dye RB19 irritability.The rheological experiments show that stable fluorescent zinc metallohydrogel were formed.The fiber network structure of 2-QF-Zn gel is observed to be denser than 2-QF gel by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)characterization.The infrared spectrum(FTIR),mass spectrometry(ESI-MS),Job curve,isothermal titration(ITC)and other data indicates that how Zn2+coordinated by 2-QF molecules.The gelator 2-QF can not only construct fluorescent metallohydrogel,but also detect Zn2+by fluorescence enhancement.This multifunctional gelator based on amino acid derivatives is rare.2-QF has good selectivity to Zn2+in many metal ions.The detection limit of 2-QF to Zn2+is1.45*10-7 M.The U.S.Environmental Protection Agency’s drinking water content does not exceed 70μM,2-QF can detect Zn2+in drink water whether or not up to standard.MTT experiments show that 2-QF-Zn has low toxicity and provides the possibility for intracellular Zn2+imaging.By the cell imaging experiment,we can conclude that 2-QF can enter the cell and trace the Zn2+in the cell. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Metallohydrogel, Fluorescence, Zinc ion | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
