| New type dry-process cement production is the most advanced cement production technology,cement rotary kiln is the most core equipment on the production line,which has a direct impact on the quality and output of cement clinker,and is the key equipment to saving resources and reducing energy consumption.The study of cement rotary kiln temperature estimation method enables the operator or automatic control equipment to get the temperature prediction result in advance,based on which the rotary kiln thermal parameters can be adjusted and controlled,which is necessary to improve the quality and output of cement clinker and save energy and reduce consumption.Firstly,this paper introduces the current research status of temperature detection in cement rotary kilns and summarizes the research results in temperature estimation.By analyzing the process flow and physicochemical reactions of the cement rotary kiln firing system,the main process parameters affecting the temperature in the cement rotary kiln are summarized,and a first principle model of the cement rotary kiln dividing the process zone is established according to the material mass conservation,material energy conservation,gas energy conservation and oxygen concentration conservation,and the rationality of the model is verified by simulation.Secondly,the first principle model of cement rotary kiln is analyzed and simplified to obtain the first principle model of cement rotary kiln temperature,which is then linearized to obtain the state space model of cement rotary kiln temperature,and in order to reduce the steady-state bias caused by the state space model when applying the extended Kalman filter algorithm,the first principle model of cement rotary kiln temperature is used to calculate the a priori estimate of the state,and then In order to reduce the steady-state bias caused by the state space model,the first-principles model of cement rotary kiln temperature is used to calculate the a priori estimate of the state,and then the cement rotary kiln temperature is estimated and compared with the temperature estimate using Kalman filter algorithm.Finally,a rolling time-domain estimation algorithm is applied to estimate the cement rotary kiln temperature based on the state space model of the cement rotary kiln temperature.In order to avoid the data explosion caused by full-information rolling time domain estimation and to improve efficiency,the Kalman estimation principle is used to calculate the arrival cost and thus the cement rotary kiln temperature is estimated. |
