In the current era of rapid development of science and technology,the application of rare earth resources in the fields of new energy technology,electronic equipment and national security is increasing,which will bring challenges to the sustainable development of rare earth resources.Under the concept of sustainable development,although China has issued basic guidelines related to the construction of green mines,due to the vastly different mining techniques and processes of different types of mineral resources,there is still no universally applicable comprehensive evaluation index system.Therefore,it is urgent to construct a scientific and comprehensive evaluation standard for the construction of green mine for rare earth.This article first summarizes the research status of the green mines of domestic and foreign,the research status of ion-absorbed rare earth resources and the basic theory,and describes the current situation of the development of ion-absorbed rare earth resources in Jiangxi,and then summarizes the problems of development of rare earth.Secondly,using two-mode network and natural language processing methods to construct a two-mode network of evaluation indicators for the construction of green mine for rare earth,and constructing the evaluation index system of the construction of green mine for rare earth by analyzing the network topology.Then use the index scoring method to evaluate the construction of green mines of rare earth in Ganzhou,and then describe the status of the construction of the green mine of rare earth in Ganzhou through comprehensive analysis.Finally,it provides development paths and countermeasures for the construction of the green mines of rare earth in Ganzhou.The empirical analysis results show that the completion efficiency of the green mine construction evaluation indicators of the Ganzhou Rare Earth Mining Integration Project(Phase I),from high to low,are standardized management,social economy,comprehensive resource utilization,and environmental protection.They are the most important evaluation index in the evaluation of the construction of the green mine of rare earth.The key evaluation indicators for each of the above criteria are the construction of green mines;the number of scientific research reports;the mining recovery rate,the recovery rate of mineral processing,the comprehensive utilization rate of co-associated mines;the implementation of the three simultaneous system,the green coverage rate,and the land reclamation rate.In terms of environmental protection,investment in project environmental protection funds should be strengthened throughout the life cycle of the project,and environmental protection construction should be strengthened;during the production process,the generation,treatment and discharge of the "three wastes" should be focused on;In terms of comprehensive utilization and waste gas resource recovery,it is still necessary to strengthen management and improve comprehensive utilization;in terms of social economy,Ganzhou Rare Earth Company’s capacity expansion capacity is relatively low,which is likely to affect the company’s future performance growth.Through the analysis of the path of green mines,this article puts forward the corresponding measures for the construction of rare earth green mines from four aspects: technological innovation,optimization of land reclamation mechanisms,pollution prevention,and strengthening of management planning guarantees.
