In recent years,the phenomenon of global warming caused by greenhouse gas emission is received widespread attention of international community.Global warming can cause precipitation redistribution,sea level rise,icebergs and permafrost melt.At the same time,waste water,waste gas and waste residue,which not only harm the balance of natural ecosystem,but also harm the survival of human.In China,the research on greenhouse gas has been continuously carried out,meanwhile,China plays a more and more important role in the international conference of greenhouse gas.As the released of the national "13th five-year" strategic emerging industries development plan,the national "13th five-year" greenhouse gas emissions control plan and the national "13th five-year" ecological and environmental protection plan,integrated circuit industry undertake responsibility both national economic development and energy conservation and emission reduction.Therefore,the analysis and research of greenhouse gas and pollutant collaborative reduction in integrated circuits industry are great significant.This paper is based on the life cycle assessment theory,which divided the life cycle of integrated circuit into five stages,including raw material obtained stage,manufacturing stage,sales and transportation stage,product use stage,and product abandonment stage.By referring to a large amount of literature and actual situation,the emission characteristics and emission sources of greenhouse gas and pollutant are analyzed.Afterwards,based on global warming potential and environmental impact potential factor,established the calculation model of greenhouse gas and pollutant emissions at each stage.Then,taking an integrated circuit manufacturing plant in Beijing for example,the greenhouse gas and pollutant emission in each stage of the integrated circuit manufacturing plant is obtained through the calculation model of greenhouse gas and pollutant emission in each stage.Finally,according to the greenhouse gas and pollutant emissions in each stage of the instance data and proportion,the focus of the analysis of the energy conservation and emissions reduction stage and mitigation strategy,for integrated circuit manufacturing factory of energy conservation and emissions reduction and future low greenhouse gas manufacturing provides the theory basis for the development of integrated circuit path.
