| Land resources are the guarantee of social development,the foundation of sustainable utilization,and closely related to people’s daily life.The carrying capacity of regional land resources determines the limits of human activities such as agricultural production and urban construction in the region,and determines the pattern of regional land space development and protection.In the process of promoting social and economic development,the unrestrained use and consumption of human beings have brought a heavy burden to land resources.Through the study on the evaluation of the comprehensive carrying capacity of regional land,the measures to improve the capacity of land are explored to realize the green circular development of the region.Taking Yangxian County of Hanzhong City as the research object,combined with the actual situation of natural resources,social and economic development,ecological background carrying degree and scientific and technological innovation capacity of Yangxian County,this paper selects a multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the comprehensive land carrying capacity of Yangxian County in 2009-2017,and determines the carrying level.According to the four bearing sub-systems,the influencing factors that limit the improvement of the comprehensive land bearing capacity of Yangxian county are obtained through the diagnostic model of restrictive factors.The coupling state and coupling coordination level of the comprehensive land bearing system of Yangxian county are obtained by combining the coupling coordination degree model.The development relationship formed by the bearing sub-systems acting as the developing and restricting parties at the same time is analyzed by using the Granger test method.The main conclusions are as follows: first,from 2009 to 2017,the change trend of land comprehensive carrying status grade in Yangxian county is: from 2009 to 2010,it shows a low carrying status;from 2011 to 2016,it shows a medium carrying status;after 2017,it shows a high carrying status,and the overall trend is rising.Second,according to the analysis results of the restrictive factor diagnosis model,the variable factors of the scientific and technological innovation carrying system have the highest frequency,that is,increasing the number of education and scientific research personnel,increasing scientific research fundingand other scientific and educational measures have a positive impact on improving the comprehensive carrying capacity of land.The limiting factors include: the number of people engaged in scientific and cultural activities,the number of scientific research achievements,the amount of library collections per hundred people,the growth rate of GDP,the average fixed asset investment of the land,the per capita Road area,the forest coverage rate,the per capita park green area,etc.Third,according to the analysis results of the coupling co scheduling model,the coupling type of Yangxian county is high-level coupling from 2009 to2017,and the coupling coordination state has developed from the moderate imbalance type in the early stage of the study to the mild imbalance type,showing a good development trend of rising first and then stable.Forth,according to the analysis results of Granger causality test,it is considered that although each system is connected to some extent and interacts with each other,the linkage degree is not high,the coordination degree is low,and the development is unbalanced.It is necessary to promote the overall linkage between systems and improve the comprehensive carrying capacity of land. |
