| In recent years,the pharmaceutical industry has developed rapidly,the use of variousdrugs has increased year by year,drug pollutants have also been widely concerned.Studies have found that pharmaceutical pollutants will In this paper,a novel composite material modified electrode was prepared,and the electrochemical detection of drug contaminants was carried out,and the experimental methods and conditions were optimized.The main contents are as follows:I.Preparation of the electrochemical reduction graphene oxide multi-wall carbon nanotubes composite modified electrode(rGO-MWNTs/GCE)and determination of Naproxen:Graphene oxide(GO)and multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)were mixed with ultrasonic,drip-coated,dried,and modified to the surface of glassy carbon electrode(GCE)by potentiostatic reduction method to prepare rGO-MWCNTs/GCE.Use differential pulse voltammetry(DPV)to detect naproxen.and optimizing experimental conditions,The results showed that the modification amount of the electrode modification material was 7μL,and the supporting electrolyte was a phosphate buffer solution(PBS)with p H=6.0.Buffer,the electroreduction time is 600 s,and the enrichment time is 300 s,rGO-MWNTs/GCE can quickly detect naproxen.The concentration of naproxen is in the range of 5.0×10-6~2.0×10-4mol/L(M),the linear equation is Ip(μA)=0.1419c+28.258,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9985,with the detection limit was 4.8×10-6M,Then it was used in the recovery experiment of standard addition,the result is satisfactory.II.Preparation of Rhodamine B-Multiwall Carbon Nanotube Composite Modified Electrode(Rh B-MWCNTs/GCE)and Determination of Sulfonamide(SA):Rhodamine B multi-walled carbon nanotube composite modified electrode was synthesized by electropolymerization.The electrochemical detection of SA was studied by DPV.After optimize the measurement conditions,The results showed that the electrode modification material amount was 10μL,the number of electropolymerization turns is 10turns,preconcentration time of 300 s and in PBS with p H=7.0.The concentration range of sulfonamide is 1.4×10-4~3×10-7M,The linear relationship between concentration and peak value is Ip(μA)=0.9222c+8.0637,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9978,Then it was used in the recovery experiment of standard addition.III.Preparation of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide-electro-reduction graphene oxide-multi-wall carbon nanotubes-composite modified electrode(CTAB-rGO-MWCNTs/GCE)and its determination of salicylicacid:Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide,graphene oxide,multi-walled carbon nanotube composite modified electrode was synthesized by electropolymerization and potentiostatic reduction.The electrochemical detection of salicylicacid was studied by DPV.After optimize the measurement conditions The results showed that the electrode modification material amount was 10μL,the number of electropolymerization turns is 15 turns,Electric reduction time is 500s,preconcentration time of 450 s and in the Citric Acid-Sodium Citrate with p H=7.0.The concentration range of sulfonamide is 1.0×10-6~5.0×10-3M,and the differential pulse peak current intensity has a good linear relationship with the concentration.the linear equation was Ip(μA)=10408c+3.727,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9992,Then it was used in the recovery experiment of standard addition. |
