Research On Analysis And Application Of The Stage Costume Fabric Of Singing And Dancing Talent Show

After the first two decades of the 21 st century,with the development of production technology and market demand,more and more variety shows with high-quality,abundant contents and various forms have appeared in the public views,among which singing and dancing talent shows account for a large proportion.Especially in the past five years,the Internet has gained popularity in the public.Except for the program itself generating audience ratings,the economic benefits and development of related industries behind it are unprecedented.As a necessary part of singing and dancing programs,stage costumes are also a branch of the clothing industry,and new development opportunities have emerged with this wave of network variety shows.Due to the performance feature of variety shows,the selection of fabric for stage costumes is different from daily clothing.Frequently,a stage costume with novel fabric and unique style have multiple functions of enhancing the effect of the program,strengthening the actor’s stage expressive force,and guiding the aesthetic habits and fashion trends.As an indispensable element of stage costume,it can often become a starting point for designers to perform the work of stage costume design.Moreover,with the development of technology,more and more new fabrics have appeared,and the textile and apparel industry has begun to use fabrics as the focus of development of the industry,and stage costume is bound to be affected by this trend as a branch of the textile and apparel industry.This article extensively analyzes the stage costume cases of singing and dancing variety shows by reading and sorting out relevant literature works.It combines with the author’s own design practical experience,interviews practitioners in related industries,conducts in-depth and systematic pre-investigations,and carries out research on the following contents: 1.Sort out the current development status of China’s current singing and dancing variety shows combining relevant literature data.2.Make a case study of the stage costumes of the current sing and dancing variety show in China,and sort out their fabric selection trends.3.Creatively define and classify the fabrics in the range of the trend combining the trend of fabric selection and related effect factors.4.Adopt relevant research results of fabrics to design stage costumes under the theme of simulated target programs.In the end,the author hopes that the above theoretical research results and related design practices can provide valuable assistance to the stage costume industry,enrich the academic theoretical system in the field of stage costume,so as to promote the development of China’s singing and dancing variety shows and the stage costume industry.
