In recent years,ozone pollution has become an important atmospheric pollutant after particulate pollutants,and ozone pollution is becoming one of the main problems in air environment treatment.By analyzing the distribution characteristics of ozone,the affecting factors of ozone generation and the sensitivity of ozone generation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,we can provide scientific basis and theoretical support for environmental management in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Based on"the specific research on regional air pollution prevention and control system and management technology system"by the National Ministry of Science and Technology Department(No.2018YFC0213600)the thesis carrys out the analytic study of temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of zone,of the influence of meteorological factors of the influence of other pollution gases and of the sensitivity of ozone generation.The main research content and results are as follows:The paper uses 87 environmental monitoring sites from 2015 to 2018 to analyze the spatial and temporal distribution and pollution characteristics of near-surface ozone in The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The results showed that the ozone concentration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cities increased in 2015-2018;the ozone concentration was highest in June and the lowest in December;the ozone concentrations in each season were summer,spring,autumn and winter in order from large to small;and the ozone concentrationis lowest at 7 o’clock and highest in the afternoon.In terms of ozone pollution characteristics from 2105 to 2018,the total pollution days in Hengshui City were the most,Qinhuangdao City was the least;Handan City and Xingtai City had the largest change rate of the total annual pollution days,and the total annual pollution days in Chengde City and Beijing were gradually reduced.The temporal and spatial characteristics of stratospheric ozone in The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region were analyzed by using the data of the Aura satellite OMTO3e daily product from 2009 to 2018.In terms of spatial distribution,the ozone in the troposphere in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2009 to 2018 was generally high in the north and low in the south,showing a trend of gradual decrease in the ozone concentration from north to south.And the spatial distribution characteristics of ozone column concentration in spring,autumn and winter are basically the same,and decrease gradually from north to south.In summer,theeastern regions such as Tangshan and Qinhuangdao are high-value centers,which gradually decrease from east to west;In terms of time variation trend,in the past ten years,the overall ozone column concentration in each year showed a gradual upward trend,the seasonal column concentration average from large to small in turn for spring,winter,summer and autumn,the monthly mean values of the column concentration show the"mountain-shaped"change;According to the comparison of the mean values of multi-year column concentrations in all prefecturlevel cities,the annual average ozone column concentrations in Chengde were the highest(336.83DU)and Handan the lowest(314.12DU).The ozone column concentrations in all cities reached the highest in March.The effects of meteorological factors on ozone and the relationship between other pollutants and ozone were studied by using meteorological data such as temperature,pressure,humidity,evaporation and wind speed and direction,PM2.5concentration and NO2 concentration.The study found that:nearground ozone meteorological influence factor analysis,temperature,pressure and evaporation is the most relevant,is the main meteorological factor affecting the near-ground ozone concentration,the same study area in the ozone concentration when the correlation with the meteorological factor is significant when not exceeding the standard,the wind direction is north-northwest to north-northeast,the probability of ozone concentration in Beijing-Tianjin-Tang area is low,wind speed in 5.4m/s-10.7m/s;the relationship between PM2.5 particulate pollutants and NO2 and near-ground ozone,PM2.5 concentration and NO2 were negatively correlated with ozone concentration,but NO2 was more negatively correlated with ozone;In terms of the influencing factors of stratospheric ozone,the higher the pressure,the lower the temperature,the lower the concentration value of the stratospheric ozone column,the difference of PM2.5 concentration space and the spatial change of ozone column,the opposite trend,and mainly show negative correlation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The sensitivity of ozone generation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2009 to2018 was analyzed by using HCHO column concentration and NO2 column concentration data.It is found that the ozone sensitivity in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area from 2009 to2018 was mainly in the VOCs control area,and the area of the sensitive control area showed a decreasing trend.The environmental protection departments of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cities should control and reduce ozone pollution according to the corresponding ozone sensitivity to control ozone pollution.
