| With the advancement of waste sorting and recycling policies,our country’s kitchen waste continues to increase.The current annual output has exceeded 60 million tons per year,and it is growing at an annual rate of 10%.Therefore,the harmless resource utilization of this type of garbage has become a major issue affecting the process of ecological civilization and the construction of a beautiful China.It is generally believed that the effective method is the biological fertilizer method.Bioorganic fertilizer is a kind of high-value functional fertilizer,which is often used for prevention and suppression of disease of cash crops.Therefore,this article takes the common vascular disease tomato bacterial wilt as the object,and uses food waste compost as the main carrier material to carry out the feasibility study of the production of tomato bacterial wilt prevention and control bio-organic fertilizer.The main results and conclusions obtained are as follows:(1)Firstly,29 strains were screened from healthy tomato rhizosphere,and Ralstonia solanacearum HN4 was used as the target pathogen to further screen to obtain14 biocontrol bacteria with bacterial wilt antagonistic function,and the strains were identified by 16 S r RNA.After cluster analysis,11 strains were selected as candidate functional strains and the enzyme activity function was identified.Strains numbered B2,B5,B20,B23 were selected through the inhibition zone test and enzyme activity determination and then were carried out on the greenhouse potted tomatoes.The disease prevention test showed that B2,B5,B20,and B23 can significantly reduce the severity of tomato bacterial wilt(p <0.05),and can delay the onset time of tomato disease to varying degrees.Among them,B23 bacteria showed the strongest control effect.Strains can increase the activity of POD,SOD and CAT enzymes in tomato leaves to varying degrees,and can stimulate the expression of tomato disease defense genes(PR1α,POD)and growth-related genes(ctd1,ERF2)transcription level.Moreover,the biomass of tomato was significantly increased,which showed a significant effect on promoting growth of tomato plants.(2)The bio-organic fertilizer prepared by adding bacteria B2,B5,B20,B23 and compound bacteria separately with food waste as a carrier.They can delay the time of tomato infection to varying degrees and reduce the disease index of tomatoes.The compound bacterial fertilizer has the best effect of preventing bacterial wilt.(3)The biocontrol effects in preventing tomato bacterial wilt of biocontrol bacterial fertilizers with different raw material carriers are significantly better than the corresponding individual organic fertilizers as well as bacterial liquid.Effect of kitchen bio-organic fertilizer in preventing tomato bacterial wilt is not as good as pig manure bio-organic fertilizer and chicken manure bio-organic fertilizer,but the anti-efficacy enhancement effect of bio-organic fertilizer for kitchen bio-organic fertilizer is the most obvious.(4)It was found that the addition ratio of 5% bio-organic fertilizer had the best control effect on bacterial wilt. |
