Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid increase of China’s material flow,China’s inland shipping industry has sustained and stable development.Due to the influence of various factors,inland river shipping in our country has led to frequent occurrences of inland ship accidents.According to the needs of inland navigation safety development,this topic seeks to improve the emergency response capabilities of various aspects of shipping,and proposes scientific,reasonable,and practical countermeasures to ensure the safety of inland navigation.First,focus on the analysis and research of common collisions,sinkings,reefs,fires and other accidents of inland ships,and classify inland ship accidents according to the types of accidents,types of inland ships,and hazard levels of inland ships.Carry out statistical analysis on accident cases to study the main factors such as "man-machine-environment-management" that affect inland ship accidents.Provide a scientific basis for the verification of inland ship model construction,emergency response capacity assessment,the cause of inland ship accidents and countermeasures.Secondly,according to the way the experts determine the Bayesian network structure design,determine the representative,effective and independent important nodes,analyze and study and construct the Bayesian network model.Through Ge NIe Bayesian network software analysis of the cause chain of the inland ship accident,combined with the actual inland ship accident case for model verification.The verification results show that the factors that account for a high proportion in the cause chain of inland ship accidents are the main cause of the accidents.Under the daily operation status of inland vessels,strengthening safety drills in response to factors and improving emergency measures in the event of an accident can greatly enhance the emergency capabilities of inland vessels.The results of the study fully illustrate the practicability,rationality,scientificity,and reliability of the built model,and achieve the purpose of enhancing the emergency response capability of inland ships and proposing corresponding countermeasures.At the same time,based on the analysis and research of the evidence theory method,the quantitative analysis of the emergency vulnerability of the whole ship and its subsystems is proposed,and the corresponding assessment process is proposed.Through expert scoring and analytic hierarchy process,the confidence of the subsystem is synthesized,and finally the ship’s emergency vulnerability level is quantified.In view of the deficiencies and problems in the ship subsystem,improvements and improvements will be made to strengthen the emergency response capabilities of inland ship accidents to further ensure the safe operation of inland ship navigation.Finally,according to the above research content,countermeasures such as improving the professionalism of crew members,strengthening the daily maintenance of ship equipment,timely control of the status of the ship and the operating environment,strengthening ship emergency drills and management,and the corresponding "man-machine-environment-management" The emergency countermeasures and drill program provide specific solutions for the safety of inland ship operations.
