Cartridge dust collector is currently the mainstream equipment in the field of dust removal.It is widely used in industrial production to control the emission and recovery of particulate matter.The combination of negative pressure conveying and filter cartridge dust collector system has gradually been applied to industrial production.The high-power induced draft fan in the conveying system will generate a high negative pressure environment for the dust collector box,which requires the dust collector system to maintain stable operation under high negative pressure conditions.However,due to the particularity of the high negative pressure system,even if the most widely used pulse jet ash cleaning system is used,the ash cleaning process is still different from the traditional negative pressure system.Therefore,in order to provide corresponding experimental support for the stable and effective operation of the filter cartridge dust collector under high negative pressure conditions,and to provide more scientific basis for the pulse cleaning design of the high negative pressure filter cartridge dust collector in the future,this paper uses numerical simulation and Industrial experiments have carried out research on the dust removal performance of filter cartridge dust collectors under high negative pressure conditions.(1)Through CFD numerical simulation to calculate the internal airflow organization of the filter cartridge dust collector during pulse injection under different high negative pressure(-10KPa,-20KPa,-30KPa and-40KPa)and non-high negative pressure(-0.14KPa),and flow in airflow The state,air velocity,and air distribution are evaluated.The results show that under other conditions unchanged,the greater the negative pressure value of the filter cartridge dust collector system,the greater the speed of the pulse jet airflow,the more stable the flow state,and the pulse The better the spray cleaning performance.(2)Based on the existing conditions in the laboratory,an experimental platform for pulse jet ash cleaning under high negative pressure conditions was established.Using online ash cleaning experiments,the operating parameters of the filter cartridge dust collector under different high negative pressure conditions were tested,and the dust collector was obtained.The operation resistance of the pulse jet cleaning system,the outlet wind speed and the residual amount of dust in the filter cartridge are the evaluation indicators of the dust removal performance of the dust collector.The filter cartridge dust collector is compared and analyzed under different high negative pressure conditions and non-high negative pressure conditions.The similarities and differences in the performance of ash,the results show that compared with non-high negative pressure(-0.14KPa),the filter cartridge dust collector under high negative pressure(≤-10KPa)can reach the stable state of the system faster,and the resistance at stability increases.The amount and outlet wind speed change is smaller,and the dust residue on the filter cartridge is less.That is,the high negative pressure condition has a significant effect on the dust removal performance of the filter cartridge dust collector.This verifies the conclusions drawn by the numerical simulation and is a follow-up Systematic research provides a theoretical basis.(3)Based on the same experimental platform as the previous stage,by changing the industrial parameters including dust concentration and injection pressure under different high negative pressure conditions,and obtaining the pulse injection cleaning system during the operation of the filter cartridge dust collector Running resistance,as well as the residual amount of dust in the filter cartridge at different positions and the residual amount of dust in different positions of the filter cartridge after operation,explore the influence of industrial parameters on the dust removal
