| Bisphenols(BPs)and brominated flame retardants(BFRs)are emerging organic pollutants which were widely concerned, and were often added to plastic products in large quantities as chemical additives.BPs were endocrine disruptors, which could interfere with hormone systems and functions;BFRs has potential hazards to human, such as teratogenicity and carcinogenicity. Therefore,it is particularly important to establish high-accuracy measurement techniques for their analysis and human health risk assessment. This work studied high-accuracy purity analysis techniques with different mezhanisms, including liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)and infrared absorption spectrometry for qualitative analysis;mass balance method, differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and quantitative nuclear magnetic resonance method for quantitative analysis. The purity of bisphenol A(BPA),bisphenol F(BPF),bisphenol S(BPS),bisphenol AF(BPAF),tetrabromobisphenol A(TBBPA)and tetrachlorobisphenol A(TCBPA)were investigated. And the homogeneity, stability and uncertainty of the purity were evaluated. The results indicated that the purities of BPA,BPF,BPS,BPAF,TBBPA,and TCBPA were 99.90%,99.85%,99.73%,99.87%,99.16% and 99.57%,respectively;the uncertainties were 0.057%,0.129%,0.104%,0.107 %,1.457% and 1.474%,respectively.And the results supported the development of relevant reference materials.Decabromodiphenyl ether(BDE-209)and decabromodiphenyl ethane(DBDPE)in customized acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS)and polypropylene(PP)have also been quantitatively studied, and their migration behavior in food simulants has been evaluated.By optimizing the migration conditions,BDE-209 and DBDPE showed the highest migration levels in 95% ethanol at 55℃ for 10 days. The applicability of method was verified by the migration test in 16 actual samples purchased in the market, such as lunch boxes and bottles.Based on the migration levels of BDE-209 and DBDPE in the actual samples, estimated daily intake was calculated and the non-carcinogenic risk was evaluated. The results indicated that the non-carcinogenic risk of BDE-209 and DBDPE was within the acceptable range in all investigated actual samples. |
