| Daihai Lake is a typical inland lake in semi-arid area.In recent years, its area has shrunk severely due to factors such as climate change and human disturbance, and the ecological environment in the basin has seriously degraded, which poses a great threat to the local sustainable development.Based on the concept of green development and with reference to relevant research standards, this paper constructs an accounting system for Green GDP(GGDP),Gross Ecosystem Product(GEP),and Gross Economic Ecological Product(GEEP),which are suitable for the Daihai Basin.Based on the data of ecosystem types from 1989 to 2019 obtained by remote sensing interpretation, the In VEST model, soil loss equation and plant purification model were used to evaluate the amount of ecosystem services such as water conservation, soil conservation and climate regulation in the study area.Combined with statistical data, the market price method, shadow engineering method, substitute cost method, recovery cost method were used to calculate the environmental degradation cost, ecological destruction cost and the value of product supply, regulation service and cultural service quantitatively in the study area.Based on the calculation of GGDP,GEP and GEEP in the study area,it was expected to reflect the green development level of the basin through the accounting results of the three indicators, and provided theoretical basis and data support for the green development and ecological civilization construction in Daihai Basin. The main research results were as follows:(1)The GGDP of Daihai Basin showed an overall growth trend from 1989 to2019,which increased by 3.291 billion yuan in 30 years and reached the highest level of 6.284 billion yuan in 2011.Among them, the cost of ecological destruction was higher than the cost of environmental degradation. In each year, the cost of wetland ecosystem destruction takes the highest proportion in the total cost of environmental degradation and ecological destruction.(2)During 1989-2019,the GEP in Daihai Basin showed a downward trend, with the lowest value of 4.876 billion yuan in 2019,and the GEP decreased by 1.057 billion yuan in the past 30 years. The value of ecosystem regulation service decreased year by year, which was opposite to the value of product supply and cultural service. From the perspective of GEP composition, the value of ecosystem regulation services during the study period was the largest, accounting for 72.07%-99.29% of GEP,followed by the value of product supply, accounting for 0.69%-20.40% of GEP,and the value of cultural services, accounting for 0.02%-7.50% of GEP.(3)The most important ecosystem services in the Daihai Basin were climate regulation, followed by water conservation, carbon sequestration and oxygen release, and air purification.During the past 30 years, the value of each ecosystem service function increased the most, namely, leisure tourism value, which increased from0.01 million yuan in 1989 to 367 million yuan in 2019.The biggest reduction was in the value of climate regulation, which declined by 2.49 billion yuan over the 30-year period.(4)GEEP fluctuated from 1989 to 2019.From 1989 to 1996,GEEP decreased by 254 million yuan.GEEP showed an increasing trend from 1996 to 2011,and reached the highest value of 10.14 billion yuan in 2011.From 2011 to 2019,GEEP shrank again, and there was only 6.99 billion yuan in 2019.(5)The correlation between GEP and climatic factors, social factors and economic factors was not significant in Daihai Basin.GGDP and GEEP were not significantly correlated with climate factors and social factors.GGDP was significantly positively correlated with per capita GDP and the output value of the secondary industry, while GEEP was significantly positively correlated with the output value of the secondary industry. From the perspective of land use change,GGDP and GEEP were significantly positively correlated with the wetland area, and GEP was significantly positively correlated with the area of Daihai Lake. |
