| The Wei River is Shaanxi’s "mother river" and "life river",and it is the water supply for modern civilizations such as Xi’an,Baoji,Yangling,Xianyang,Weinan,etc.along the coast.Due to the rapid economic development,the Weihe River suffers from serious shortage of water resources and serious river pollution,which has had a major impact on social and economic development and the health of the ecological environment.According to the precautionary principle,an effective way to deal with water pollution is to establish a sound water quality early warning system.Not only need theoretical method support,but also an operable and implementable platform relying on information technology to establish a matching system platform,so as to avoid serious water pollution and prevent or reduce the environment where possible future pollution sources have unexpected results on society and the biosphere.Changes to achieve the unity of social benefits,environmental benefits,and economic benefits.The main results of the thesis are as follows:(1)Calculation of water quality assessment and evaluation in Weihe water function zone.In order to have a clearer understanding of the Weihe River water function zone compliance status,the characteristics of the water environment of the Weihe River Basin were analyzed,and the main pollutants COD and ammonia nitrogen were selected as the pollution indicators in this article.According to the results of the division of water function zones,the "Surface Water Environmental Quality Standards" As a basis,the water quality of the Weihe River was analyzed and researched.The water quality was evaluated through three evaluation methods:single factor index method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and Nemerow index method.The single factor index method and Nemerow index were selected to compare the evaluation results.Method as an evaluation method for system development.(2)Establish a water quality early warning system for the Weihe River water function zone."Pre-warning" refers to early warning,early warning and alarm,which are issued before and during the event for different water quality targets.In the past,an early warning system for sudden water pollution was usually built.As far as the pollution section is concerned,it is actually a forecast,not an early warning.This article is based on the current section,taking time as the scale and taking the cumulative water pollution risk as the goal,setting a threshold for the water quality concentration.When the measured value exceeds the set limit,it is judged that the water quality is in an abnormal state.In theory,this setting actually limits the concentration of water quality indicators.Establish a water quality early warning system for the Weihe River Water Function Zone based on exceeding water quality indicators,scientifically predict the future development trend of water quality through models,and provide technical support for the prevention of water environmental pollution.(3)The design and implementation of the water quality evaluation and early warning system of the Weihe River Water Function Zone.According to the characteristics of WeChat applet "at your fingertips,when you run out",the applet is selected as the front-end development technology of mobile applications,and the back-end function adopts SSM framework+database technology.The database technology is used to construct a database for the summarized and sorted related resource information to provide data support for the water quality evaluation and early warning of the Weihe River Water Function Zone.The water quality evaluation and early warning small program of the Weihe River Water Function Zone is easy to operate and easy to query,providing a good visualization platform for decision-making services. |
