| In recent years,membrane separation technology as a green,pollution-free new water treatment technology has been widely concerned by water treatment practitioners,and has been widely studied and applied.However,due to the membrane separation technology in the application process,inevitably accompanied by the existence of membrane pollution,restricting the promotion of membrane technology.In order to alleviate the membrane fouling problem,reasonable pretreatment technology is considered to be an effective way.Due to the inevitable defects of mature pretreatment technology,it is urgent to develop new pretreatment technology.According to the relevant research,the characteristics of high-voltage electrostatic field technology on colloidal substances in water just meet the requirements of membrane pollution control,and it can make it easier for agents to enter into the biofilm,which has a certain correlation with the membrane cleaning process.Therefore,this study chose it as the front-end device of membrane filtration process,in order to explore the process and mechanism of high-voltage electrostatic field on organic membrane pollution At the same time,whether it can improve the cleaning of membrane fouling is analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the actual production work.The system research is based on the following parts:(1)Three typical organic membrane fouling,polysaccharide,protein and humus,were used to explore the effect of high-voltage electrostatic field on organic membrane fouling and its mechanism.The results showed that high voltage electrostatic field pretreatment could effectively alleviate the organic membrane fouling of polysaccharide type,aggravate the organic membrane fouling of protein type,and had no obvious effect on the organic membrane pollution of humus type.(2)To explore the impact of high-voltage electrostatic field on the cleaning of organic fouling,the impact of high-voltage electrostatic field on the online cleaning effect is the research focus.The experimental results show that whether it is pure water,sodium hydroxide or sodium hypochlorite,high voltage electrostatic field can effectively improve the cleaning effect,and the cleaning effect of sodium hypochlorite is the most obvious.(3)In order to find out the effect of high-voltage electrostatic field in the actual field,and then solve or alleviate the membrane fouling problem in the actual field,the fresh water preparation process of Sinopec is selected for effect verification.Short term and long-term experiments were carried out respectively.The results show that the membrane fouling can be reduced by about 7%after 10 days of operation;After two months of operation,the high-voltage electrostatic field can alleviate the membrane pollution by more than 12%,and it is found that the high-voltage electrostatic field can effectively increase the cleaning effect of the agent on the membrane fouling. |
