Research On Territorial Space Ecological Restoration Strategies Based Onecological Security Patterns

The territorial space ecological restoration is a major strategic measure for the construction of ecological civilization in the new era and an important strategic task for maintaining national ecological security.It is also an important way to promote the modernization of territorial space governance.At present,research on territorial space ecological restoration is still in its infancy,and it is urgent to clarify the connotation of related concepts,improve the research framework,enrich research methods,expand research content,and apply the research results to the practice of ecological restoration of territorial space.Binzhou City is an important barrier for the ecological security of the Yellow River Delta.In recent years,the high-intensity territorial space development has highlighted the ecological problems of Binzhou City.Choosing Binzhou City as the research area to carry out territorial space ecological restoration research is a positive response to the "Yellow River Basin Ecological Protection and High-Quality Development" strategy,and it also provides reference for territorial space ecological restoration.This paper analyzes the land use changes and landscape pattern changes in Binzhou City from 2014 to 2020 and the status of important ecological protection zones in order to diagnose key ecological problems of Binzhou City.Based on models and methods such as the minimum cumulative resistance model and circuit theory,this paper constructs the ecological security pattern of Binzhou City in accordance with the research paradigm of "ecological source identification-resistance surface construction-ecological corridor extraction-key area identification".Based on the diagnosis results of key ecological problems and the analysis results of the ecological security pattern,the territorial space ecological restoration strategies of Binzhou City are proposed,and policy recommendations are summarized.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)During the six years from 2014 to 2020,with the rapid advancement of urbanization and industrialization in Binzhou City,production and living spaces continued to invade the ecological space,leading to increased fragmentation of regional landscapes,resulting in ecological problems such as fragmentation of ecological land patterns,reduction of wetland areas,and damage to biodiversity.(2)Through the analysis of the ecological security pattern,it can be seen that the fragmentation of ecological sources in some areas of Binzhou City is relatively serious,and some ecological corridors are too narrow and the relative resistance is too high,and the ecological pinch points are also facing a risk of ecological degradation while assuming important connectivity functions,and the ecological barriers are large in number and widely distributed.(3)The ecological security pattern can meet the strategic needs of the territorial space ecological restoration in terms of research scale,research content and research objectives,on the basis of constructing the ecological security pattern,this paper proposes the optimization plan of the territorial space pattern and the ecological restoration strategies,including the ecological network optimization strategy from the macro scale,and the ecological pinch point maintenance and management strategy and the ecological barrier area restoration strategy from the micro scale.(4)The territorial space ecological restoration strategies have the characteristics of multi-scale,comprehensive element,and diversity of approaches,which puts forward new requirements for the territorial space governance system and ecological restoration system.At present,it is necessary to actively explore the basic system framework for optimizing the territorial spatial pattern oriented by territorial space ecological restoration,improve the policy system,technical method system,implementation and management system of territorial space ecological restoration,and establish a management,control,monitoring,analysis and evaluation mechanism for key areas.This paper proposes a research framework for territorial space ecological restoration based on the pattern of ecological security,which has important theoretical and practical significance.The research results can provide a reference for the territorial space ecological restoration,with a view to promoting the transformation of the territorial space ecological restoration from the engineering construction system in the period of industrial civilization to the space governance system in the period of ecological civilization,and further promote the construction of ecological civilization.
