With the rapid development of the electronic industry,electronic products have been updated rapidly,resulting in hundreds of millions of scrapped electronic products every year in the world.These scrapped electronic products have caused great damage to the natural environment and human health.At the same time,electronic waste has a high recycling value,which can recycle various materials,and also can disassemble and recycle electronic components for secondary use.At present,the state has invested a lot of manpower and material resources to solve the problem of e-waste,but the results are very little.The reason is that the recovery of e-waste in China is mainly manual recovery,and manual recovery is inefficient,polluting and unable to meet the market demand.Most of the other recycling methods have low automation and low efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to study the automatic recovery system.In this paper,a high-value device recovery system on waste circuit boards is proposed,which can remove and recover high-value devices on waste circuit boards,improve the reuse rate of high-value devices such as chips,and reduce the production cost of electronic products.The main research work is as follows :1、Analyze the research background of high value device recycling on waste circuit board,and understand the research status at home and abroad,clear the research purpose and research content of high value device recycling system on waste circuit board.2、Based on the research purpose and content of the premise,put forward a complete set of waste circuit board construction high value device recycling system structure design scheme,clear the overall structure of the recycling system,planning workflow.3、The cutting device is one of the key structures of the recycling system.Based on ANSYS Workbench,the finite element analysis of the disc saw blade in the cutting device is carried out,so as to clarify the feasibility of mechanical cutting,ensure safe production,and prevent accidents such as blade collapse.4、Two options are proposed for the mobile device,namely,the linear module mobile device and the parallel mechanism mobile device.The linear module and servo motor in the linear module are selected and calculated,and the parallel mechanism is analyzed based on ADAMS to ensure that the selected parallel mechanism is applicable and reliable.Two options can be flexibly selected on demand.5、According to the theoretical knowledge of the pneumatic system and the working process of the recovery system,the basic circuit of the pneumatic control system is designed,and the selection analysis and calculation of the cylinders are carried out to determine that each pneumatic component,including the cylinder,meets the design requirements of the pneumatic control system.By analyzing the overall structure and working process of the recovery system,the design requirements of the PLC control system are determined.According to the overall structure of the recovery system,reasonable control logic steps are formulated.Finally,the design of the PLC control system is completed based on the design requirements and logic steps.6、After the design scheme is determined,the prototype is manufactured,installed and debugged in the factory.Through experiments,the design scheme meets the expected requirements,verifies the correctness of the high value device recovery system on the waste circuit board,and puts forward the future research direction.
