Research On Accounts Receivable Management Optimization Of AGC Automotive Glass

With the rapid development of market economy,sales on account have become the mainstream of modern sales,AR(accounts receivable)management has become an important part of capital management.Many companies have weak awareness of AR management and lack of credit management,so AR scale is large,and the bad debts risk is high,that affect the capital turnover.Therefore,strengthening effective management of AR has become an urgent matter.This paper takes AR management of AGC Automotive Glass as the object,and proposes an optimized solution to improve the capital management and risk prevention based on analyzing the problem of AR management.Firstly,By referring to research results at home and abroad and taking credit and risk management theory as the theoretical basis,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of this company AR management by means of field research and on-site interview.Secondly,through analysis to find out the main problems of AR management: lack of a sound prevention mechanism beforehand,lack of a sound creditor’s rights guarantee mechanism in the process,lack of a complete collection management mechanism afterwards,and carried out a more thorough analysis of the problems.Thirdly,according to the "3+1" credit management and the whole process management mode,this paper proposes the optimization and improvement scheme of the whole process of AR,which is to set up a separate credit management department,establish the prevention mechanism beforehand,strengthen the creditor’s rights guarantee mechanism during the event,and improve the collection mechanism afterwards.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization plan,this paper puts forward the guarantee measures: regulation establishment,risk consciousness raising and corporate culture education.
