In recent years,China has made great progress in the field of production safety,accidents continue to occur one after another,exposing weak points in the management of hidden dangers at the grassroots level.At present,the construction of the dual prevention system in China is in a period of rapid development,and various provinces and cities have successively issued documents to guide the specific implementation of the dual prevention system,in which informatization control methods have been included in the scoring standard.However,China has a vast territory and numerous industries.If the dual prevention system is not implemented,it will become a formality.The huge multi-source heterogeneous data will also bring difficulties to information integration.Therefore,in order to standardize and improve the safety production data of enterprise safety production,maximize the utilization of data resources,and ensure the comprehensiveness and accuracy of data,a combination of theory and practice methods has been used to comprehensively analyze the risk of domestic and foreign scholars and institutions.Sources,risk classification management and control,and related discourses on hidden danger investigation and governance,based on the views of previous documents and national laws and regulations,combined with guidance documents for the construction of dual prevention systems,to clarify the concept and implementation process of dual prevention system construction.With reference to informatized metadata such as Emergency Data Exchange Language(EDXL),General Early Warning Protocol(CAP),seismic data metadata,and various metadata dictionaries,combined with the content of engineering development and engineering practice,the design of the metadata of the dual prevention system is analyzed.In principle,the characteristic metadata entity package of the dual prevention system is proposed,the content framework and hierarchical relationship of the dual prevention system informatization metadata entity package,and the metadata content of the dual prevention system is described by XML language.Based on the dual prevention informatization metadata,a dual prevention cloud platform was compiled.With the Zhengzhou Airport CREAT Industrial Park as the implementation object,the dual prevention cloud platform’s risk management and control module,hidden danger investigation and management module and other modules were combined to meet the requirements.The basic requirements of the dual prevention system of the local government,and at the same time,the use of BIM model and Internet of Things equipment,GIS map with security data monitoring,etc.,to fully penetrate the security management process of the enterprise.The results show that the informatization metadata of the dual prevention system helps to better utilize and manage data resources.The dual prevention cloud platform based on the dual prevention information metadata system can not only serve the same type of industry,but also other industries related to the industry,and provide a reference for the rapid promotion of the construction of the dual prevention system in the region as a whole.
