| Fiber reinforced composites(FRP)has become a hot topic in recent years.Basalt fiber combined with concrete is a new building material to improve the performance of concrete.As an inorganic fiber,basalt fiber has good aging resistance compared with organic fiber.When applied to concrete,it can improve the cohesiveness and stability of concrete and the impact resistance of concrete,reduce its brittleness and improve the impermeability;it can improve the impact resistance and the shrinkage resistance of concrete in the freeze-thaw cycle.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influence of basalt fiber on the mechanical properties and durability of concrete in the fields of port,deep-water wharf,cross sea bridge and severe cold area.Based on this,the volume content and length of basalt fiber are taken as the variation parameters.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,according to the influence of different volume and length of basalt fiber on the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete,the optimal group of basic mechanical properties of basalt fiber concrete is obtained.Secondly,according to the influence of different volume and length of basalt fiber on the durability of concrete,the macro and micro influence mechanism of basalt fiber before and after freeze-thaw was analyzed by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)under the effect of freeze-thaw cycle test.Finally,the primary and secondary coefficients and freeze-thaw cycle in the fitting formula of initial basalt fiber contribution rate were analyzed The improved formula of basalt fiber contribution rate is obtained by fitting the ring number again.Finally,through the grey entropy correlation analysis,the primary and secondary influencing factors of basalt fiber on concrete are distinguished,and the factors that have the greatest influence on the compressive strength and frost resistance of basalt fiber concrete are obtained. |
