| This paper takes equity incentive-related theories as the guiding ideology,selects BTR,takes the equity incentive plan designed by it as the research object,and combines the background and motivation of the implementation of equity incentives on BTR.The equity incentive plan and the performance changes after the implementation of equity incentives are analyzed.At the same time,evaluate its entire equity incentive plan,and propose optimization suggestions for the equity incentive plan of the case company according to the problems found.The research conclusions are as follows:Equity incentives have played a positive role in promoting the financial performance and innovation performance of BTR,but in terms of market performance,it has a negative impact on its short-term market response,while the impact on market share is not obvious.After further research,it is found that the equity incentive plan implemented by BTR is reasonable in general,but the scope of incentives,validity period and company evaluation indicators are slightly improper,because of not included new employees,short incentive period,and single assessment indicators.In this regard,the following suggestions are made: setting up a dynamic equity incentive plan,extending the effective period of incentives,and establishing a scientific performance evaluation system. |
