Research On The Modification And Application Of Value Multiplier In The Market Method Evaluation Of Environmental Enterprise Value

In recent years,the state has promulgated a series of environmental protection laws,and emphasized that it is necessary to strengthen the scale of the industry and investment in order to jointly create an environmentally friendly society.Based on this,the environmental protection market is developing rapidly,which makes the value evaluation research of environmental protection enterprises more and more important.Based on the improvement of the market law,this paper studies the value evaluation of environmental protection enterprises and obtains more accurate evaluation results.First,it introduces the relevant theories of market law and analyzes the development status and characteristics of the environmental protection industry.Then,the important index factors in the evaluation of the market law are explained separately.When selecting comparable companies,various factors,such as main business,time to market,etc.,are comprehensively considered to select the most comparable company;the value multiplier is selected based on relevant literature and qualitative analysis of experience;When calculating the corrected value multiplier,the Wall scoring method is mainly used,and the financial indicators related to the value multiplier are selected as the evaluation indicators.The gray correlation analysis method is used to calculate the correlation between the value multiplier and each financial indicator,and then the weight is calculated.Construct the value multiplier financial performance scoring table of each comparable company and the evaluated company,calculate the correction coefficient based on the score,and then calculate the revised value multiplier.Finally,choose ZD environmental protection company as the evaluation object,use the traditional market method and the improved market method to evaluate separately,find that the result of the improved market method is closer to the market value,and use the income method to verify the analysis.Once again,it proves that the improved market method is more objective and reasonable,and the evaluation result is more accurate.It shows that it is feasible to use the market method to evaluate the value of environmental protection enterprises.It also shows that the method used in this article to modify the value multiplier is also feasible.The study of market law in our country has provided reference significance,and to a certain extent,it will help to promote the development of market law in our country.
