| Environmental protection is the basic national policy in China,the boiler is an important energy conversion and utilization equipment,energy consumption accounts for about one third of the total energy consumption in China,in recent years due to the increasingly serious environmental pollution,the boiler fuel from coal to clean energy natural gas started in many cities in China.Gas boilers account for an increasing share of boilers.Nitrogen oxide is one of the largest air pollutants in the flue gas of natural gas boiler.The emission of nitrogen oxide can be accurately calculated from the boiler design stage and the boiler design can be optimized to achieve the purpose of controlling the emission of nitrogen oxide from the gas boiler at the source.In this paper,the key is in the former Soviet union scholars express sausage etc.it also put forward on the basis of the equilibrium concentration of nitric oxide formula,analyzes the various factors affecting the nitrogen oxide generated,using Fluent software for boiler NOx formation is simulated under various working conditions,and through the typical furnace type of SZS N0 x field test data,sums up out of the burning gas furnace type diffusion combustion boiler applications jie inside lane has put forward the theoretical calculation formula of nitrogen oxide generation on combustion temperature correction formula,and then use the revised NOx generation boiler design calculation formula,and after the boiler operation,The NOx production in flue gas was detected.Finally,the field measured data were compared with the theoretical calculated data.In addition,other engineering cases were selected to compare the field measured data with the theoretical calculated data to verify the accuracy of the theoretical calculation formula of NOx proposed by the author.This paper is based on the enterprise project,the relevant domestic and foreign information,and through many years of practical experience,the formation of research results.Through theoretical research and field test results,the theoretical calculation formula of nitrogen oxides proposed in this paper can be used to calculate the concentration of nitrogen oxides in flue gas in the boiler design stage,which provides a basis for the design of low nitrogen gas boilers,so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the emission of nitrogen oxides in air pollutants from the source.There are 14 figures,26 tables and 97 references in this paper. |
