In this paper,a series of phosphate glasses were prepared,and phosphate glass samples with different lithium niobate doping concentrations and different heat treatment times were prepared and their properties were studied.The optical and electrical properties of the low-temperature sintered nitride phosphor/low-melting glass powder composite material were studied by SEM,fluorescence spectroscopy,photoelectric testing and other characterization methods.The properties of Y2Ca2Ga3-xVO12:x Pr3+(x=0,0.03,0.06,0.09,0.12)phosphors and Y2Ca2Ga3-yVO12:y Ho3+(y=0,0.03,0.06,0.09,0.12)phosphors were studied.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1)ZP series phosphate samples were prepared,the composition(molar ratio)of the sam ples was 40Zn O-40P2O5-x(10Li2O-10Nb2O5-0.01Pr3+)(x=0.0,0.4,0.8,1.0,1.2,1.4,1.6,1.8,2.0).As the value of x increases,the fluorescence characteristics change accordingly,and the fluorescence lifetime also changes accordingly.2)CaAlSiN3:Eu2+luminescent glass and(Sr,Ca)Al Si N3:Eu2+luminescent glass were prepared.CaAlSiN3:Eu2+luminescent glass maximum internal IQE=72.4%,maximum luminous flux is 44 lm;maximum lumen efficiency is 88 lm/W;150 oC,CASN luminescent glass luminous intensity is about 98%,with excellent thermal stability.(Sr,Ca)Al Si N3:Eu2+luminescent glass at 150℃,its luminous intensity is about 89%of room temperature,this value is higher than general oxynitride;(Sr,Ca)Al Si N3:Eu2+luminescent glass SEM shows:the phosphor powder and the glass matrix are evenly mixed.3)The phosphors of Y2Ca2Ga3-xVO12:x Pr3+(x=0,0.03,0.06,0.09,0.12)and Y2Ca2Ga3-yVO12:y Ho3+(y=0,0.03,0.06,0.09,0.12)were also prepared.The results show that the emission wavelength position of Y2Ca2Ga3-xVO12:x Pr3+(x=0,0.03,0.06,0.09,0.12)phosphor is in the band range of 600-800 nm,and Y2Ca2Ga3-yVO12:y Ho3+(y=0,0.03,0.06,0.09,0.12)phosphors in the 492-577 nm band range.The XRD phase of the two series of phosphors is relatively pure,and the number of other unknown diffraction peaks is less.The IR spectra of two series phosphors,Y2Ca2Ga3-yVO12:y Ho3+(y=0,0.03,0.06,0.09,0.12)did not change with the change of Ho3+doping concentration;The IR spectra of Y2Ca2Ga3-xVO12:x Pr3+(x=0,0.03,0.06,0.09,0.12)phosphors vary with the doping concentration of Pr3+ions.
