| In the process of the renewal of the old city,a large number of buildings are abandoned,resulting in a waste of construction resources.The architects solved this problem by renewing the function and transforming the space of the old building.However,the traditional renovation strategy fails to fully consider the impact of spatial layout changes on indoor natural ventilation.As a result,the distribution of indoor wind field is not uniform after renovation,and the original ventilation mode in some Spaces cannot fully meet the new use requirements.Therefore,this paper starts with the spatial layout factors that affect the intensity of indoor natural ventilation after renovation,and analyzes the influence law of spatial layout on natural ventilation in the renovation of existing industrial buildings through the study of spatial layout form and utilization of natural ventilation.A case study of Boiler Room renovation project in Xing ’an Road,Hohhot City,Inner Mongolia was used to verify the law and optimize the design of the space with insufficient natural ventilation.This paper takes the natural ventilation environment in the reconstruction of existing industrial buildings as the research object.1)Sorted out and analyzed the relevant theories of natural ventilation and the relevant factors affecting the natural ventilation of the interior space of the renovation building.From the basic theory of natural ventilation,natural ventilation design code and evaluation index,building natural ventilation influence factors and existing building renovation related research,based on the theoretical basis of screening the influence factors,establish the simulation variables and indoor ventilation evaluation criteria.2)Based on case analysis,field investigation and data measurement,the paper summarizes the spatial form,plane layout,existing ventilation methods and the current situation of natural ventilation in the internal space of the existing industrial reconstruction buildings,and analyzes the existing problems of indoor natural ventilation.3)According to the influencing factors screened out in the above theoretical research,numerical simulation research is carried out on the spatial plane form,plane scale,effective opening area and relative position of doors and Windows,etc.,to explore the ventilation effect of different space types,and obtain the influence law of spatial layout on indoor wind environment.4)Taking the Boiler Room renovation project of Xing ’an Road in Hohhot as an example,the law of spatial layout affecting natural ventilation is verified by an example.The spatial natural ventilation is compared with the simulation results of indoor wind speed distribution and air age,and the corresponding optimization scheme is put forward.Through the above research,the relevant theories of improving indoor wind environment with natural ventilation in industrial reconstruction buildings are supplemented,and the scientific design basis of space layout of reconstruction buildings is provided for designers,which has a certain guiding role in the design of natural ventilation in reconstruction buildings.To a certain extent,the problem of poor indoor ventilation after the reconstruction of industrial buildings is improved,and the green development of industrial reconstruction buildings is promoted. |
