With the rapid development of maritime and air transportation industries,accurate identification and detection of targets at sea and on the sky has become a prerequisite for national security defense and maritime traffic management in the military and civilian fields.Compared with radar detection and visible light imaging technology,infrared imaging detection technology has significant advantages in concealment,anti-jamming,detection mode and all-weather working ability.How to accurately detect targets on the sea and sky in complex sea and sky environment is the key to restrict the engineering application of infrared imaging detection technology.Combined with the task requirements of the project,this dissertation studies the infrared imaging detection technology of targets near the sea-sky line under complex background,and proposes an infrared imaging target detection method based on image segmentation after detection and positioning of the sea-sky line,so as to improve the accuracy of target detection.In this dissertation,in the sea and sky environment based on the analysis of the infrared feature and image noise,first uses the average filtering algorithm for image noise reduction,coupled with infrared imaging equipment parameters and predicting the sea-sky line attitude information,and through the RANSAC of non-uniform section(random from consistency)algorithm fitting the sea-sky line,the last reference fitting sea-sky line to extract the sea-sky line area,using adaptive threshold segmentation algorithm to detect the target and correlation tracking algorithm was adopted to realize target tracking.After the algorithm by using Matlab software simulation,set up by the FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)as the control core of Sea-sky infrared target detection system hardware experimental platform,has realized the infrared interface information collection,information conversion,information storage,conversion,output shows,and other functions,and uses the ISE development software,the simulation of infrared imaging system transplants in target detection algorithm to carry out the corresponding experiment task,to achieve the desired effect.Simulation verification and engineering test results show that the algorithm used in this dissertation can accurately detect the sea-sky line in the complex sea and sky environment,and the accuracy is up to 99%.Based on this,the accuracy of detection and tracking of sea and sky targets is not less than 97%,which meets the engineering task requirements.
