| NH3-SCR denitrification technology is one of the widely effective methods to remove nitrogen oxides.The catalyst is mainly V2O5/Ti O2.The process conditions of medium temperature and high dust section are bad,the volume flow of flue gas is large,and the concentration of flue gas is high.vanadium metal contained in the catalyst is biologically toxic and volatile,and the disposal of the failed catalyst is difficult,and it is easy to be affected by ash and SO2.Therefore,the catalyst which can effectively denitrate at low temperature has become one of the research hotspots.Viscose based activated carbon fiber felt was used as catalyst support,and Mn、Co、Ce elements with different loading ratios were added as active components to investigate the denitrification performance,sulfur resistance,regeneration performance and economic evaluation of the catalyst.then the specific surface area,particle size and component crystal phase of the catalyst were characterized and analyzed.The findings are as follows:Each component of the laboratory mixture is as follows:NO volume fraction is0.1,NH3volume fraction is 0.1%,O2volume fraction is 8%,Adopt N2as equilibrium gas,At a speed of 12000h-1,When the loading rate of the Mn is 6wt.%,the maximum efficiency of the catalyst can reach 66.2%;When the Co loading rate is8wt.%,the highest denitrification activity of 8Co/VACF catalyst can be close to68.7%;When Co load is 8wt.%,When the Mn load is 6wt.%,that is,6 catalyst has better denitrification activity at 200℃,Maximum efficiency up to 77.3%;When Co load is 8wt.%,Mn 6wt.%,When the Ce is 3wt.%,that is,6Mn-8Co-3Ce/VACF the catalyst has the best denitrification activity at each temperature,The maximum efficiency is 85.1%.After SO2in the mixture,The denitrification efficiency of the catalyst decreases,Before the mixture SO2in,The denitrification efficiency of 6Mn/VACF catalyst is66.2%,The denitrification efficiency of the 8Co/VACF catalyst 68.7%,6Mn-8Co/VACF denitrification efficiency of catalyst is 77.3%;After SO2,6Mn/VACF catalyst denitration efficiency reduced to 40.8%,Denitrification efficiency of8Co/VACF catalyst decreased to 36%;6Mn-8Co/VACF denitrification efficiency of the catalyst was reduced to 59.6%,The reason may be that SO2react with NH3to form ammonium sulfate and ammonium bisulfate,To form aggregation on the surface of the catalyst,Blocking the channels of the catalyst,Meanwhile,Because the decomposition temperature of ammonium bisulfate and ammonium sulfate is high,Hard to remove at low temperature,Therefore,the irreversible deactivation of low temperature catalyst is caused.After adding Ce,The denitration efficiency of6Mn-8Co-3Ce/VACF catalyst after SO2is 75.8%,By contrast,its sulfur resistance is better.The 8Co-6Mn-3Ce/VACF catalyst after poisoning were regenerated by different regeneration methods.After washing the alkaline compounds with washing acid,the denitrification efficiency of 8 Co-6Mn-3Ce/VACF catalyst was the highest,8Co-6Mn-3C after regeneration... |
