| The activity and sulfur resistance of the denitration catalyst directly affect the conversion efficiency of nitrogen oxides.The sulfur-containing gas will affect the adsorption and catalytic conversion of ammonia and nitrogen oxides on the catalyst.Therefore,the preparation of a denitration catalyst with high activity and sulfur resistance is the key issues of current research.In this paper,a series of yolk,yolk-albumen and yolk-albumen-shell catalysts with different functional zones,by adjusting the citric acid to change the different oxides in the carrier The depth of immersion to form catalysts with different functional zones(yolk,albumen and shell).In order to increase the removal efficiency and sulfur resistance of the different functional zoned catalysts for flue gas nitrogen oxides.Through the catalyst activity evaluation and the BET,XRD and SEM analysis of the catalyst.the results show that:(1)the yolk CuO/γ-Al2O3 metal oxide supported catalyst has good denitration and sulfur resistance performance.(2)MoO2-CuO/γ-Al2O3 yolk-albumen metal oxide catalyst exhibits good denitration and sulfur resistance.(3)The denitration effect of yolk-albumen-shell CeO2-MoO2-CuO/γ-Al2O3 metal oxide catalyst is not as good as yolk-albumen Moo2-CuO/γ-Al2O3 metal oxide supported catalyst.However,it exhibits outstanding anti-sulfur resistance performance. |
