| With the rapid development of domestic economic construction and the continuous progress of modern technology,people’s quality of life has been significantly improved.Due to the existence of a large number of electrical equipment,the incidence of electrical fires has also increased,reaching 70%.A quick and effective method for fire appraisal to find out what caused the fire is of great significance for reducing electrical fires.The eddy current sorting device separates the molten metal at the fire site,which can quickly find out the cause of the fire.Therefore,the research on the metal melt sorting device at the fire site is very important.First,establish the eddy current force model and the motion trajectory model of the metal melt,calculate the eddy current force,the motion speed and the motion trajectory of the metal particles in the eddy current sorting process,and summarize the key factors that affect the eddy current sorting effect.Secondly,the eddy current force is simulated by maxwell software,and the trajectory of the metal particles is drawn by matlab.The trajectory of the metal particles in the sorting process is captured by a high-speed camera,and the experimental results are compared with the simulation results to verify the accuracy of the simulation analysis.Finally,optimize the working parameters of the eddy current sorting device,study the trajectory of different metal particles,and set the best baffle position.Study the trajectory of metal particles under different working parameters and select the best working parameters.Aiming at the existing eddy current sorting device,an improved scheme is proposed to increase the eddy current force on the metal particles. |
