| With the development of industry,the contradiction between environmental pollution and economic development has intensified.Traditional scientific and technological innovation is no longer suitable for the needs of the development of the times.Countries around the world are calling for sustainable development in order to improve the contradiction between environmental pollution and economic development.In this context,green technological innovation has emerged.Green technological innovation is a technological innovation based on the implementation of sustainable development.It can effectively solve the contradiction between environmental pollution and economic development and promote the sustainable development of mankind.Enterprises are the main body of green technology innovation and are the key to improving the effectiveness of green technology innovation in my country.Governments,consumers,and suppliers,as important stakeholders in green technology innovation,play a role that cannot be ignored.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the impact of stakeholders on corporate green technological innovation behavior.This paper first conducts a theoretical analysis of the connotation and characteristics of green technology innovation,the stakeholders of corporate green technology innovation,and related models;then,it analyzes the relationship between the three main stakeholders of government,suppliers,and consumers and corporate green technology innovation in turn.The specific contents of the study include the following:(1)Analysis of the impact of government policies and regulations on corporate green technological innovation.Based on the principal-agent theory,the cost substitution rate,conversion coefficient,and reputation-income conversion coefficient are introduced to construct an incentive model for the government to guide enterprises in green technological innovation.Through the solution of the model and simulation,the cost substitution rate,conversion coefficient and reputation are studied.The impact of the income conversion coefficient on the level of enterprise efforts and the intensity of government subsidies ensures that government policy regulations can effectively improve the level of enterprise green technological innovation efforts.(2)Analysis of the impact of supplier competition intensity and fairness preference on corporate green technological innovation.Based on the principal-agent theory,the competition intensity and fairness preference are introduced,and an incentive model for suppliers to assist enterprises in green technological innovation is constructed.Through the solution of the model and simulation,the influence of enterprise incentive coefficients on the degree of green innovation of the enterprise is studied,and the degree of competition and fairness are studied.The influence of preference on the degree of green innovation of suppliers and the company’s reward coefficient ensures that the assistance of suppliers can effectively improve the efficiency of green technological innovation of enterprises.(3)Analysis of the impact of consumers’ participation in value co-creation on corporate green technological innovation.Based on evolutionary game theory,an evolutionary game model of enterprises and consumers without consumers participating in value co-creation and an evolutionary game model of enterprises and consumers with consumers participating in value co-creation are constructed.Through solving the models and simulation simulations,consumers are obtained.Enterprises and consumers that participate in value co-creation come to the conclusion of an ideal equilibrium solution,and then further study the influence of various factors on the strategic choices of enterprises and consumers under the value of consumer participation.It ensures that consumers’ participation in value co-creation can not only increase consumers’ willingness to consume green,but also increase the willingness of enterprises to innovate in green technology.Finally,taking BYD as an example,it is verified that appropriate government subsidies,healthy competition among suppliers,and high-quality consumer services can effectively improve the effectiveness of corporate green technological innovation.And from giving full play to the active role of government subsidies and other fiscal and taxation policies,promoting green technology innovation cooperation among members of the supply chain,and optimizing the consumer service management system,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the management of corporate green technology innovation. |
