Research On New Industrial Development Strategy Based On Green Development Concept

In October 2015,the fifth plenary session of the 18 th central committee of the communist party of China(CPC)put forward the concept of green development.In view of the concept of green development department from reflection and solve the theory basis of relationship between man and nature,to promote the new industrialization development provides a new perspective of development and strategic guidance,as well as to the new industrialization development should pay more attention to high quality,leap,intensive and sustainable,green development target,etc,this article from the following aspects are studied.The concept of industrialization is defined with reference to relevant domestic and foreign discussions.According to the time sequence from the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the concept of new industrialization was defined.According to the discussion of General Secretary Xi Jinping,the concept of green development concept has been defined.The concept of green development and new industrialization theory source and the logical starting point,from the marxist theory of ecological civilization,the Chinese traditional harmony theory,since the founding of the ecological theory,marxist theory of industrialization,since the founding of the theory of industrial sources,such as theory to analyze the source of the theory of marxist perspective,for the green development concept to guide the new industrialization development countermeasures research to provide theoretical support.The development achievements of the new type of industrialization are sorted out and studied,and it is analyzed that the total amount of industry continues to rise and people’s living standards are improved.Traditional industries have been optimized and upgraded,and the quality of development has improved significantly.Notable achievements were made in energy conservation and emission reduction,and the ecological environment was gradually improved.At the same time,it also analyzes the challenges faced by the new industrialization in terms of high quality and efficiency,innovation in key areas,resource and environment constraints,and green development trends.The necessity of green development concept to guide new industrialization is analyzed.This paper analyzes the internal relation between the concept of green development and the development goal of new industrialization,and attributes the concept of green development leading new industrialization.Dual status quo analysis,based on the theory and reality for the green development concept under the guidance of new development put forward the new path of industrialization with the new countermeasure,put forward "set up the concept of consensus in order to realize the high quality of the new industrialization development,the development of circular economy in order to realize the intensive development of new industrialization;promote scientific and technological innovation in order to realize the leap-forward development of new industrialization,reduce the pollution of the environment in order to realize the sustainable development of the new industrialization,promote the green production to achieve the greening development of the new industrialization" development countermeasures,such as development to realize new industrialization to improve the quality and efficiency;reducing environmental pollution and destruction,We will lift restrictions on resources and the environment;achieve breakthroughs in core science and technology,and develop new measures to guide economic development with the concept of green development.
